I have a 29-31 day cycle and I have sore breast starting from like 5days before my period and the moment my period starts the pain disappearsn today is day 29 of my cycle butI saw slight brown and lil blood wen I wiped after peeing yday. I thought my period is about to start so I wore a pad but just slight stain and my breast are still very sore. I took a test and its negative what should i do next? Thank you for reading

Good evening mothers I feel really terrible this night and i have no one to talk to except you all. I am fed up of trying to conceive! He didn't buy the addyxoa recommended by the doc after like 3months we started seeing another doc he ordered another analysis the count is still d same that was when he agreed to be serious.Enhance was prescribed. The doc asked him to come after 8weeks since October he has not gone back.he said he is now fine. Sex is at most once in a week. When I try to initiate it he will come up with on excuse or the other.I am fed up!!! Today i am in my fertile window and i connected to Shiloh hour on dove tv I really believe in my earth that today is my day and i told Dh that he shd prepare for tonight only for him to come back home high. According to him he took herbs to improve performance and now he is snoring. I am totally fed up as this is a regular occurrence I don't know what to do.

Sore breasts before AF is usually as a result of low progesterone. Taking Vitamin B6 50mg after ovulation till before period helps with the issue and usually stops the breast pain. I learned it here and that's what I did for mine.

But do check with your doctor before taking any supplement.
