If you dont have a business or an idea, there really is no need spending money on a website, cause your aim is to promote your idea

2.colors says alot about your business.
a web site with the wrong colors can spoil a good sale.

3.content. and content management.
content is every thing the way your content is presented is what would make people come back some other day.
4.get a good designer to do your work.
note your site should not be hosted on a free platform eg blogger.com etc

Welcome to the official site for The Choir Gospel Music Contest, a gospel musical reality TV show for all gospel artists; Solo, Group/Choir; aimed at discovering, developing and rewarding The Church’s brightest, and boldest musical talents.

This contest was birthed out of the desire to showcase the numerous musical talents we have in the Church and also to create a platform for them to bless the world with their talents while making money with it.
