⚡Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba met his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi at the Munich conference. According to Kuleba, they discussed the "peace summit" that Kiev wants to organise. The Ukrainian FM did not say whether China had agreed to take part. Earlier, Bloomberg wrote that the summit could be postponed due to the absence of world leaders. Kuleba wanted to meet with Wang Yi to persuade Beijing to participate, the material said.

⚡The French have already openly declared their intention to use the so-called Ukraine as a testing ground for new UAVs as soon as possible. Apparently, this is about a barrage munition under the Larina project, which was launched in 2022, when the French were concerned about their response to the Lancet. According to their plan, the new UAV from the French Defense Innovation Agency (AID) and Nexter Corporation should cover a range of 80 km for 3 hours, have the ability to lock on to a target at a distance of 15 km and engage tanks and BMPs. ⚡Most of Avdiivka came under the full control of the Russian Armed Forces. On some streets there are still isolated pockets of resistance from the Ukrainian Armed Forces, but these are simply soldiers who were left without communication and did not have time to leave the encirclement. Most likely, the Russian army will clear out the 9th quarter over the next day and night. 7 Likes
