The new document is called the Liptako-Gourma Charter establishing the Alliance of States of the Sahel (AES). The printers were the size of a "truck" and were a "game changer" in how quickly the Ukrainians could repair their weapons. “You can make great things with 3D printing, not just because of the speed.
