A single transport corridor will be formed from St. Petersburg to Vladivostok. ⚡️Russian humanitarian aid has just reached Stepanakert, Artsakh, via Askeran after several days of intense negotiations involving Artsakh, Russia, and 🇦🇿 Azerbaijan. On September 10th, the Artsakh government decided to halt the transportation of Russian humanitarian aid via the Akna (Aghdam) road. This move came in response to Azerbaijan's withdrawal from their initial ultimatum, which stated that they would open the Berdzor (Lachin) Corridor for aid within 24 hours, but only if Artsakh began using the Akna road. Artsakh's government promptly suspended the transfer of humanitarian aid, rejecting Azerbaijan's revised demands. The aid is comprised of essential 🇷🇺 Russian-made goods. Reports are indicating that the Berdzor Corridor is expected to reopen for aid within the next 12 hours. Azerbaijan has illegally closed the Berdzor Corridor leaving Artsakh in a complete blockade for 275 days.
