According to Eirik Kristoffersen, all NATO countries need to increase their reserves, since “the demand is high and the capacity to sell is low.” The general believes that at the moment the alliance countries will not be able to wage a full-scale war even for 40 days.

⚡️🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia executes two military personnel for treason.

The two officers, a pilot and a sergeant major, were arrested in 2017 and sentenced to death on charges of treason and not protecting the national interest and military honour.

The kingdom also executed three soldiers in 2021 who were sentenced for "high treason" and "cooperating with the enemy".

⚡Great Britain donated heavy Malloy drones to 🇺🇦 Ukraine.

The 🇬🇧 UK Ministry of Defense said that these drones are capable of delivering supplies and weapons to the front line.

Malloy drones can transport cargo weighing up to 180 kg over a distance of up to 70 km. They have a high level of automation.

They take off and land autonomously and can follow a programmed route in difficult weather conditions.

The minister added that the deployment of the German brigade in 🇱🇹 Lithuania is of vital importance for the security of the country.

Until 1946, Kaliningrad was called Königsberg. Until 1945, it was part of the 🇩🇪 German Reich, after which it was included in the USSR.

⚡🇺🇸 Biden administration is considering to transfer some of the military aid it gives to Egypt to Taiwan.

The main reason, according to Washington, is 🇪🇬 Egypt's lack of progress in the area of human rights violations.

In the first phase, $85 million of the $1.3 billion annual aid budget would be transferred to 🇹🇼 Taiwan.

But some lawmakers are calling for another $235 million from that budget to be transferred.

⚡️🇮🇹 Italian companies that left the Russian market after the start of the special military operation plan to return to the Russian Federation as soon as the situation allows.

This was stated by the President of the Association of Italian Entrepreneurs in Russia Vittorio Torrembini.

“Almost everyone wants to come back. We had three companies that worked in the oil and gas industry. These are, in particular, Maire Tecnimont and Saipem, which had contracts worth billions of euros. I don’t think that the shareholders of these companies do not want to return,” Torrembini told Izvestia.

Since the beginning of the special military operation, Italian companies have lost about 35% of 🇷🇺 Russian exports. Until February 24, trade turnover between the countries was around 22 billion euros.

⚡The African Union (AU) plans to launch its own sovereign credit rating agency next year as an alternative to the “big three” international rating agencies, which it believes unfairly rank countries on the continent.

🇺🇸 Moody’s, Fitch and S&P make significant errors in their ratings, yet continue to influence global financing decisions and the flow of capital, according to a report for the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA).

The report says that 🇬🇭 Ghana’s president Nana Akufo-Addo criticised the agencies for exacerbating fiscal challenges in developing countries with unwarranted rating downgrades that shut governments out of the capital markets.

As a result, the AU wants to establish the African Credit Rating Agency as an independent entity of the group, with the aim of assessing the risk of lending to the continent’s countries.

After its latest analysis, the “big three” concluded that sovereign credit ratings in Africa continue on a downward spiral, with five economies being downgraded in the first half of this year.

⚡Ukraine sued Western companies for non-supply of military equipment - Newsweek

Ukraine is suing several companies from the 🇺🇸 United States and 🇪🇺 Europe that have not fulfilled contracts for the supply of equipment and refused to return the advance payment.

The names of the companies are not disclosed, citing the protection of classified military information under martial law. But Ukraine publicly announced a violation of the deal by the Polish company Alfa.

In August, the Ukrainian government filed several arbitration claims against this military enterprise, which owes 🇺🇦 Ukraine more than 3.5 billion hryvnia.

I cannot say that the support and assistance we have received has been sufficient to serve our goals and agenda.
