⚡The Armament Agency under the 🇵🇱 Polish Ministry of Defense has announced their intention to purchase roughly 20 additional Sikorsky S-70i “Black Hawk” Helicopters from PZL Mielec, a Polish Company which Builds the S-70i Export Variant of the 🇺🇸 American UH-60. These Helicopters will be used to further Augment the 🇵🇱 Polish Air Force alongside the 32 AW149 Medium-Lift Helicopters and 8 AH-64 “Apache” Attack Helicopters who’s purchase was also recently agreed upon and will enter Active Service between 2025 and 2026.

⚡️🇩🇿 Algeria has applied to join the BRICS group and submitted a request to become a shareholder member of BRICS Bank with an amount of $1.5 billion, Ennahar TV quoted Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune as saying. It added that Tebboune said at the end of his visit to 🇨🇳 China that Algeria had sought to join the BRICS to open new economic opportunities. The North Africa country is rich in oil and gas resources and seeking to diversify its economy and strengthen its partnership with countries such as China. "We officially applied to join the BRICS group, we sent a letter asking to be shareholder members in the bank... Algeria's first contribution in the bank will be $1.5 billion," Ennahar quoted Tebboune as saying.
