Please if Jamb offered you admission will you have to print it out and submit to your school or you just go on with the D.E registration? I'm confused as hell here and to the house please,can we register for D.E without our result? Cos I'm not understanding Poly Ibadan clearance this year.

But seriously, are you sure clearance has not started? cos i saw a memo stating that clearance should start by november last year that notification of result should start by this year Jan, and were you in saki or main campus then?

I hate that regularization stuff... The process sounds complex to me and I hate stress.. I just thank God I have no problem with that.. My problem is clearance and the stress attached to it. What school do you intend to choose??

For me am yet to clear my ND result and there is no way I could register without the result....

Yes, i am yet to do the regularisation due to their site problem.... at least if they should shift it, we would be able to do the regularisation and register for DE too.

it is not late bro, i havent done mine too becos we are unable to make payment due to their site which is down presently as a result of utme registration and stuffs... so we are waiting till when the site would be ok, maybe when utme registration ends.

don't advice them to use other diploma if they are not regularised, the best thing is u told them to go for it ,don't u no it has an implications or those that implemented it didn't no what they are doing, a lot of candidate were disqualify for it, u said your friend gain admission with it,please which school is that? thou I don't believed that.

Regularization is meant for those that gained admission through the institution(jamb did not recognize their admission ,so their admission status needs to be verify before they can register)

Yes, thats what am saying. Hence choosing other diploma when applying with ND might have implications except if you are applying with other diploma. Jamb that say we should regularise knows what they are saying/doing.

DE will take a new dimesion this year according to jamb's boss there will be an aptitude test that will conducted by the institution(UI) so once you meet the cut-off mark you will be offered admission.
The school fee should be around #25000-#30000 i'm not too sure tho.

What about full time, becos most of us are full timers, so is it going to be advisable for a full timer to fill in other diploma, wont there be any implication? expecially now that some things about jamb has changed.

i still went to make enquiry about it today, and the cafe man laid emphasis on it that if am using ND, that i wont be able to register for DE, except i regularise.

And base on what zordeek is saying am aware of that since last year, but i doubt if any ND applicant who filled other diploma was admitted.

Your assertion on the bolded part is wrong . People who didn't do the regularization was able to register last year. The distinction between those that did the regularization and to those that don't was the mode of registration. This means Poly students will choose ND/HND as their mode Of registration , NCE for the college students ,BSC to those applying with bsc and Other Diploma to those that did not regularized.

Oh thank you, so how many people do you know that did ND and filled in other diploma and were admitted that last year.

From my findings,I just discovered it is MEANT FOR THOSE THAT DON'T HAVE JAMB REG. NUMBER.

Are you realy sure? cos people who had jamb reg number, and applying with ND did d regularisation and the ones who doesnt do the regularisation were unable to apply for the DE last year o.

I think people without jamb regularization(Diaplaying,no admission yet e.g Mapoly,Polyibadan etc ) are safe for now, just postpone ur regularization till after gaining admission....

Am not understanding again o. But seriouly are you sure this is safe? I think jamb do request for our previous jamb reg no, which we used in gaining admission. So are they not going to ask for the number again?

....u no sabi meningitis...it mostly happens in the core north during the intense heat..they do give vaccination, i received mine when i was small....nothing to worry about, it happens every year

ATTENTION!!!
I'll advice all you guys applying for DE without regularization, to go to your school as soon as possible... Don't pay to jamb directly(with remita), They wanna Scam you! Go to your school instead ... let them know you need your real JAMB NUMBER for your next School. Write a letter requesting to be regularize ,submit it to your School Reg., Be fast with it coz it takes nothing less than 3-4weeks and they will latter message/call you from school to come and make payment (may be 7 or 8k at SCHOOL ) .....

I actually went to my school, and was told to do it online with #11500. then i will submit the form printed out to my school with my notification of result or the four semesters school fee reciepts, if i av not collect my notification of result.

Don't forget too that Polyibadan graduates get upper hand for DE in U.I admission.
