The lowest merit cutoff for Engineering courses was 68 or so, last year and that's system Engineering.
I think you are good to go for any Engineering course with that kinda O'level..

Well some people did it in the past, and got away with it. but, this present administration, seems hotter. so, i dont think its a good idea, let him go through a way and be hopeful. atleast its better than messing everything up.

Ah! eleyi ti suceed. You know, this guy is trying to help the nigerian education system. Go to schools, universities, polytechnics these days you will see many prematured boys and gurls stressed up with school protocols and stuffs which they cant cope with, by the way its not their fault, but its because of their age, some of them still needs to be trained and make more matured before entering school, so that they can blend when they get there. There are so many other reasons like that for this children get more matured before getting admitted. So i think the development is a welcome idea.

Nah! its not inside the church, it is meant to take place in the bride father`s house,it can be in a field venue or a hall, in the morning by 8:00 am before the white wedding in the church takes place around 12:00 pm but its definitely going to be on the same day. By that you can save cost and avoid some demerits according to what OP has said.
