Compared to Nairobi and most slums in Africa this is a walk in the park.surely if we go by your comparison earlier this will be an upperclass slum not kibera kinda of mud and tin-shack porridge looking road slum. 1m what!!!! All houses there have toilets,multiple rooms,built with block and bricks,roofed,some houses painted while some aren’t-All it lack is roads-Heck they are connected to electricity and water like the rest of Abuja.That slum is temporary.people living there are literally living on borrowed time. They have been threats by the FCTDA to demolish that place and it will happen one day just like other not so good neighborhoods was demolished during El-rufai time in office.

And FYI this slum is not in any way within Abuja city.it’s just outside Abuja city gate.it’s falls under FCT(federal capital territory) not in the city.it is similar to what u will call Nairobi metropolitan area.
