You don't know anything about buildings. Basement are mostly underground, who told you basement is only one in that building? Again subtract ground level, it's never being count as first floor.

One Hotel? How many good Hotels are there in Uyo and Port Harcourt? One item doesn't make a place to be better than another place with plenty of it. This is Grand Royal Swiss Hotel in Kisumu, not the best but I'm sure it better than what is there in Port Harcourt.

Storey and floor are not counted the same. Storeys start from basement but floors start from above ground.

My friend the building is in Kisumu. If you are doubting just search Mirage Palace Kisumu then proceed to images you will the pictures. Again for the video I think I shared one here less than an hour ago. Another tower of more than 10 floors is Maseno University.

Secondly they are more building above 10 flrs, it’s not just three- PH is not kisumu that has just 3.


Thirdly,your buildings and more older - heck you even built them with those ugly red brick 🧱 sonko used in building low cost housing in

Lastly,outside this 3 building,the rest of kisumu has this one storey hit like building that looks faded like most buildings in Mombasa.

Never compare Port Harcourt with Kisumu again, Port Harcourt is very dirty, unorganized and ugly. It should take some lessons from Kisumu on how to be clean, neat and organized. Sidewalks are everywhere, roads marked and buildings are well maintained.

Thanks for this video. I have watched it all and there are only 3 buildings of 10 floors plus in Port Harcourt. Another observation I have made is lack of side walks, unmarked roads and potholes in most of the government area roads. The place is very dirty and ugly the buildings are also very ugly and old.
