If you divide 145m by 28 floors you will get approximately 5.2m per floor. Going by the pictures of Azuri I have been seeing here I doubt if it's even 3m.

This is a list of top 31 buildings in Kenya and this was updated as recently as September 27th 2023. It shows that Kenya has only about 11 buildings >=100m. Infact the 11th building is 99 meters.

Nonsense. Azuri tower in eko Atlantic is about 28flrs but it is about 145m in height. So many residential projects in ikoyi of about 28flrs will be at about 150m when completed (mostly the ones I posted yesterday). Give Lagos about 3 years. You will cry hot blood. Kenya is down and out,pray you build 15flrs this year.😂😂

I don't know where Africa facts zone got their data from, but as at Feb 2023, this is their ranking for African countries with the most skyscrapers (>100m).

Clearly you don't know what a skyscraper is😂😂. And if we go the 100m route Nigeria will still trail Kenya.
