Hello house, pls can anyone assist with a template for sending to canadian employer with respect to sponsoring my spouse for PR. Would also like to know if my spouse can apply for visitors visa while the PR application is ongoing. Thanks

Hello House, please I need advice on what to do. I am a Canadian PR who recently got married to my spouse who is based in Nigeria, I would like to know if

1. I will be required to do a new passport as well as a new PR card with my marriage name before filing for my husband

2. I received CRB (covid benefits) for a while before getting a job in Canada, will this affect my eligibility to sponsor him?

3. Do I need to have a permanent job to be eligible to sponsor him or any job would do?

4. Please advise on the applicable documents required for both parties to submit
