It should be " People are as healthy as the content they consume..."
As a blogger, why not bring it closer to your readers. It's not like you are delivering speech in a global gathering. This should be the best way to put it - "You are as healthy as the content content you consume..."

You should also note that "a people" is singular not plural so "IS" should follow and not "ARE".

What is the part to your custom registration?

Use redirect on the registration page. Ie redirect /register to the custom registration page.
