Pretoria, South Africa (CNN) -- A judge found Oscar Pistorius guilty of culpable homicide, the South African term for unintentionally -- but unlawfully -- killing a person.

The verdict comes a day after Judge Thokozile Masipa cleared Pistorius of murder in the killing of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp -- but he could still end up behind bars.

The maximum prison sentence for culpable homicide is 15 years.

Sentencing could be weeks away and will come after more legal argument.

The verdict also dealt with three other charges, all weapons-related.

He was found not guilty of two -- a car sunroof shooting incident and illegal possession of ammunition at his house. B

The judge found Pistorius guilty of the third: a charge involving a shooting at a restaurant.

You see, I (dry me) have had a few profound moments on Nairaland that I would love to share and also hope, you guys share yours, you know, just so the fun keeps going round.

Am still waiting for my 3rd,,,When my post will make front page *wailing*

For sometime now my airtime has entered 'ghost mode'. On very impudent days, i wake up and my phone will bluntly refuse to call or text anyone (with ample airtime), only for me to check after a few minutes into a zero account. On less impudent days, i will get a message from 4900 or MTNplay or one of those numbers saying my subscription for a service i know nothing about has been renewed. Some of these services you cannot disable except you call customer service (you what that means), most have no clear way of disabling em. Note that some of these services come as 'free trial' version but your opinion is not needed to subscribe fully nor for the subsequent monthly renewal. Clean yahoo.com.
No one must be allowed to act with impunity especially in matters regarding peoples hard earned money; not the least just because they can.

Wadeoye: ND emancipation indeed. I hope these so called ND people will not come and start shouting environmental problems, negligence, lack of infrastructure when GEJ leaves power. You have power now and militants are buying private jets, etc instead of addressing the real issues facing the region.
