metromediaboss: Acting President Yemi Osinbajo, would be the Special Guest of Honour at the launch of the #I AM A NIGERIAN campaign, on May 25, 2017 at the Abuja NICON Luxury hotel, organisers of the event have said.
The Coordinator of Project One organization, Mrs Bisayo Busari-Akinadeju, said in a statement issued on Tuesday that other distinguished Nigerians would also attend the NIGERIAN campaign, some as keynote speakers.
She said the NIGERIAN campaign is aimed at reawakening the consciousness of Nigerians especially the youths “who had always been referred to as the future of tomorrow.’’
According to Mrs Akinadeju, “At Project One, we realized that today is the tomorrow we have all talked about and there appears to be a wide gap between the past present and future leaders.’’
“Our aim is to orientate Nigerians to be proud of who they really are by admission, confession and manifestation.
“We started the social media #IAMANIGERIAN FOR THIS purpose.
We are gradually sending the message to all Nigerians that whoever you are, be it high or low you count,’’ she said.
She said the event would also include a conference on Youth and Governance where past and present leaders would mentor the youth and to further awaken the consciousness of our young ones.
She added that the organization was also putting together an essay competition for secondary schools titled “if I were the Nigerian President”.
Mrs Akinadeju said invitations were sent to schools in Abuja and on the social media platform, stressing that the competition would be taken to regions, states and local governments.
“At Project One also, we produce books that young Nigerians can read and be inspired. We write about distinguished Nigerians in the simplest form and one of these is the Project One Nigeria.
“Youth corp members are great participant of this coming congress as drivers of this vision endorsed by the presidency,’’ she added.

cc: lalasticlala mynd44 What ever happened to the change begins with me campaign?? Another avenue to waste public funds! You don't force a people to identify with an entity, they buy into the ideology of that entity. Look at the IPOB's how many campaigns has been held to identify with the brand? Yet millions freely flaunt and showcase the brand at their own expense. I give up on one nijeraya |

BetaThings: When detectives work, they look at all the angles - the inconsolable widow, the injured passenger in the car, the person who shared the same meal and drinks with the poisoned fellow, the one standing to benefit from the death but who has 3 witnesses ready to swear by anything that the person was indoor throughout on the day of the event, etc
My point is this I hope you realise that the native doctor can put himself and his clients in serious trouble "If you can tell where the corpse is, maybe you can tell us more Otherwise, how did you know the person is dead and where the corpse is?"
A lot of people got away with crimes in the North by staging their activities to look like Boko Haram's operations Clearly, ritual killers, armed robbers etc are not on vacation in Edo or anywhere simply because we talk about herdsmen every day Well your dealing mostly on assumptions! I think its safe to stay within the purview of what has been put before us. After all that place looks more like a interior forest where herdsmen move around with their cattle freely out of the reach of the view of people. The signature of the killings such as the hacking of victims with knieves also collaborates that of the herdsmen, hence the apple might not fall to far off the tree. I have no doubt its the said killers that have struck again as seen in other isolated cases similar with this one. |

According to Mizter Santosh, the woman had gone out to by meat from her suspected killers and after days of not returning home, the woman's family out of concern - brought a naive doctor to look for their slain woman...
It was reportedly revealed to them that the woman is dead

so her children was so worried about their mom and the lady was killed already, and the body was tron into the pit outside the well,so 3 days later the family brought a native doctor to look for the missing lady....
The Dr told them that the lady is dead and her is inside the pit

It has nothing to do with being alone. A guy you quoted above said he wasn't Igbo but shares the ideology of kanu! Does this now mean that biafrains should be scared? I personally am not Igbo but I see his movement as a way to escape the horrors of Nigeria. Your question makes no sense, sorry to say. Why are you scared of the realisation of Biafra? |

Funny how people think Biafra is just a South Eastern movement, meanwhile those that fought and still fights for its realisation are cut across all tribes and regions in the south and middle belt. |

michaelandre: to honest its better biafra is an igbo thing. because if will still break if others join I tell u the truth. like the way u guys said we are all different in culture and way of life that's why we shouldn't be together. so why do u still need others that are different from u and the way u guys are saying it like biafra will be heaven on earth I wish u good luck. I would have loves to engage you more but looking at your previous reply just on this thread irks me to do so without the fear of being tribalistic or ethnic as we go along. This seems to be the "on board" trend on NL now and I wish not to directly get involved with it. Like I said Biafra "seems" to be the only way out as no other region or group is fighting for a better life and living conditions for her people apart from ipob. Hence other minorities might have this opportunity to get things right with a more modern way of doing things than the old Nigerian backward and archaic way which has got us no where as a nation of over 40 years of existence. Biafra is a choice not a mandatory platform. Thanks for the wishes! |

ndcide: I'm not from the SE. but I identified with the biafra thing, when I saw stupidity all around. Where Nigerians celebrate when IPOB members are killed.
And Seun's hypocritical stance and what he allowed on his forum, made it worse. It was obvious many people had sympathy for the course, especially for the deaths but are scared to identify. If the status quo remains, Top government personnel, highly placed, will buy in. We just have to be careful.
Like they say. Biafra is now a metaphor for cry against oppression.
We are all Biafans, with the way Nigeria is today. Thank you my brother! With the way the Nigerian government Is going, Biafra would no longer represent a south eastern movement but a movement for the oppressed people by the APC lead government of the day. I think this was what KANU meant when he opened the doors for all to come and support the movement cause Biafra seems to be the only way out of the injustice, oppression and inequality we find ourselves in today as a false contraception, be you SS, SE or other tribes or regions who wish to change the status quo of the greedy nigerains rulers of old present in today and the future. |

People must look for alternatives, thanks to Kia Hyundai,Innonsense, Geely and the cheaper brands.
Not to forget motivation from our daddy Bubu himself. Oga what corolla goes for 4m?? You need to visit the dealership for recent prices. |
