Now the whole issue is clearer; the boys "ignorantly"
got themselves involved with a cultist who operates with a gun, all in a bid to get their money back from a debtor.

Below is what actually happened according to an
insider....

An indigene of Aluu owed Ugo some money and had
vowed not to pay back. Ugo who was popularly known as Tipsy had gone to meet with a fearless University
guy (name withheld) to help them track the debtor
who had been on the run. ‘Mr Fearless guy’ (a cultist) who was feared by many in the school had accepted to accompany his friends to get the debtor tracked down in exchange for a percentage of the debt.

They were joined by their room-mate, Chidiaka. On
their way to the place, they met one of their friend,
Tekena, who knew nothing about the plan, and he
joined, just for the hype as is normal with young boys of juvenile age.

That made 5 boys - Ugo, Lloyd, Chidiaka, Tekena and
‘Mr Fearless Guy’ that got to the debtor’s compound.
Unknown to the other four, ‘Mr Fearless Guy’ who was contracted to intimidate the debtor just to get the money paid, went with a gun.

When they got to the debtor’s house around 12am, a fight ensued, as the debtor confronted them. A next door neighbour, a woman started shouting on top of her voice, that they were thieves, attracting other bad boys around the area, whom were mainly“vikings”, the rival cult group of the one on contract.

They swung into action by tipping the vigilante group who confronted the boys, referring to them as thieves. In the process of beating the boys, while they were trying to prove their innocence, the fifth boy, ‘Mr Fearless Guy’, who is a cultist, brought out his gun to scare the people, and he escaped, leaving the rest four at the mercy of the villagers. The explanation they tried to give fell on the community’s deaf ears as the people insisted they must be killed....and unfortunately they were lynched!

Note:- this story is an eyewitness account from the 5thboy who escaped. He narrated this to Ugo and Lloyd’s friend who has pleaded that his identity be kept secret.

Samsung is suing Apple over claims that the iPhone 5 infringed on its patents.

The Korean electronics giant filed the lawsuit in a U.S. court Tuesday, Reuters reported.

"We have little choice but to take the steps necessary to protect our innovations and intellectual property rights," Samsung said in a statement.

Last month, court documents filed by Samsung revealed plans to add the latest iPhone to its existing patent lawsuits against Apple.

"Samsung anticipates that it will file, in the near future, a motion to amend its infringement contentions to add the iPhone 5 as an accused product," the company said at the time. "Based on information currently available, Samsung expects that the iPhone 5 will infringe the asserted Samsung patents-in-suit in the same way as the other accused iPhone models."

The company previously warned in late August that it would sue Apple if the iPhone 5 was LTE-capable.

Samsung's recent claims come after a U.S. court removed a temporary sales ban against its Galaxy Tab 10.1 on Monday, according to Reuters. Apple won the injunction in June, after claiming the tablet infringes on an iPad-related patent.

"We are pleased with the court's action today, which vindicates our position that there was no infringement of Apple's design patent and that an injunction was not called for," Samsung said in a statement.

Apple filed a motion last month that sought additional damages of $535 million, plus $172 million in supplemental damages, on top of its previous award — for a total of $707 million. It also requested a court order for a permanent U.S. sales ban on Samsung products that allegedly violate its patents.

In August, Apple won more than $1 billion in damages after a highly-publicized court battle that found Samsung guilty of patent infringement.

Music (iTunes) argue all you want but iTunes is the world's best and most extensive music library ever and you know this, you can get any song you want on it if not for the state of piracy and under development in Africa that most of our artistes are not on iTunes, iOS makes it better, A new album from you artiste has just been released you just go over to your iTunes app, download and purchase it simple. 0.99cents max $3 for the album instead of illegally downloading it on torrent sites. Andriods don't do that, even if they do it's not seamless and trust me over here white people love their itunes library.

2. Videos (iTunes movies, Podcast, TV series and Music videos) so you see a video on tv and you like it, how then do you get it to your phone without downloading it through a website from your phone and you want HD quality without the hassle of websites and what not. Simple iTunes store, and the same apply to tv series that you love, download through iTunes store to your phone and same for Podcast which is my best part, most websites that offer podcast refer you to iTunes store mostly.


3. ICloud. (Lastly) Now after downloading all these things then you sync and have it on all your devices without transferring to your laptops or whatever first, so it goes on iTouch for your Kids, ipad for your husband or work and your phone or whatever the case maybe.

4. AppStore, WesternUnion, Fedex, DHL, British Airways, BMW diagnose app, Open heavens, Fuel Finder to mention a few of them, even though a number can be on andriod market, but it's mostly trusted on iOS due to the close monitoring of Apple and these developers in case something goes wrong.

Mehn these things have and will continue to make life easier o, sorry for typing too much jare. Lol.

In an Dell laptop or any laptop you would see HDD by Toshiba, RAM by Samsung, Ethernet Adapter by Brodcom and etc but you say want to buy a Dell laptop and not a Dell laptop of samsung RAM, toshiba laptop and etc, Samsung is a hardware company and they provide services to all company that needs them, am pretty sure if you breakdown a samsung phone you might see a Sharp LCD or something else there too.

There would always be competition for sure and am sure Apple's next phone wouldn't be as upsetting as people saw this iPhone 5. Its glory will definitely be renewed

Innovation doesn't really mean 'Radical Changes' Samsung might be a good phone and I think it, but there is this thing about iphones once you use one it makes your life easier in a way though with some restrictions and that is where S3 comes.

2. About Siri coming on iOS6, I jailbreak and unlock and have used all the iphones except 4s and what I can tell you is when there is a major OS is released and doesn't come embedded with the phone there is always a little lag in the operability of the phone like slow response time and freezing, like when I tried to put OS5 on a 3gs didn't like the way it felt so had to downgrade it. There's a good reason why OS6 comes with A6 chip it will work well on the 4S but not too good on the 4.

3. I have asked everybody this, Samsung claim this and that but why didn't they release all their superman phones before Apple? Then they would have the forerunner init? Even google warned them.

4. Lastly come one Andriod might seem better than iOS cuz it doesn't run on one device! HTC, Motorola, Samsung and others use Andriod samsung doesn't make andriod and neither do others.
