Glad baby is kicking well. Get ORS and start drinking asap,u nid to eat. So do away wit d fear,u can start wit gaari wit no sugar, make sure u hv enuf water to drink wit it ooo. Bread too is another alternative, try stay off veg and fibre product for now maybe 2day and 2mao for it to stop den u can resume ur normal feeding schedule. It's well

exactly my thought kaffy @ tatacherie pls u can take dry garri den top it up wit water! Had dis experience last week went 2d toilet over 7times n I was soo craving for beans and am purging so what I did I mixes d beans with yam n sprinkled garri on it.. it really help me 2 stop!

.. hmmmm sir! @ first trimester she wl feel virtually evrything.. I think she cant pass beyound paracetamol cos most pregnant mamas face dis at dis stage.. but she will soon overcome it by his grace its well wit us all..

Hello fellow teammates, is anyone experiencing loss of appetite? I don't really feel hungry or crave anything and when I eventually force myself to eat, the food just sits in my tummy making me uncomfortable. In my first trimester, I ate like a horse but now, nothing interests me.

@ faithfulwife same 2me 2 I dnt really eat much like d way I eat n when I force it 2 eat plenty na problem so wl jt eat little cos I dey battle woth heartburn! How funny when I mixx little amount of milo n warm water I get remedy for d heartbun.. lol

Alhamdulillah.. but my people at 21weeks FTM am not having any movements oo I cant even explain how d butterfly movement is ooo.. I know my bump s big and i feel hard in my tommy after a while it will com down am really scared.. especially when I eat.. pleases any1 with such experience.. txx ma people

hi! go 2 wuse zone 6 LEA PRIMARY school opposite development control there are diff vocational training in there wiv catering inclusive its quite cheap... or u go 2 women development center opp CBN thou theirs s base on admission n it 6months traing while that of zone 6 is 3months, bye!
