Christianity EtcRe: Unbelievable Quote From Watchtower Publications! by Xenox(m): 8:01pm On Apr 06, 2016
You are a forsaken slanderer and a super liar. You tweak sentences to propagate your lies. Everything you just said is the opposite of the core Jehovah's witnesses' beliefs. Well, I shouldn't blame you now because you might have a problem in comprehending written texts.

Emusan:
How can a Jehovah witness deal with all these statements?

1. "Unlike any other human, Jesus lived in heaven as a spirit person before he was born on earth...and is therefore appropriately called God." (Good news from God, Chapter 4-who is Jesus Christ, pg cool

2. "We are...spirits living in a body of flesh...part of us survives death." (Iblis, Chapter 6-what hope is there for the dead? pg 12)

3. "The Bible states that...God created the universe in six literal 24-hour days" (Awake March, 2014 pg 5)

4. "For centuries the churches propagated the doctrine of the trinity,...the Father and the Son are part of the same entity" (Watchtower, June 2015 pg 15)

Could it be that the organization is about to change their stand?

Feel free to say your mind...
Science/TechnologyRe: Why Are Fridge Doors Hard To Open Immediately After They Are Shut Close? by Xenox(m): 8:51pm On Mar 19, 2016
MathsChic:
When the pressure between the inside of a container and its outside are pretty much same, you feel no resistance opening the lid or door to that container, as the case may be. When there is differential pressure between the inside and outside, then there is resistance. The direction of differential pressure will determine where resistance is coming from. Because the fridge is much colder than the outside, it is at a lower temperature. Remember the relationship between temperature and pressure? It's a direct relationship. If the temperature inside a container is really low, the gas particles in that container dont move rapidly, which means they are sluggish. That translates to lower pressure. Think about a cooking gas container; its gas particles are bouncing all about the container looking for an escape, which is why when you create an outlet, they immediately rush out. These gas particles are at a higher pressure. Anyways, I digress.

Back to the explanation, the lower temperature inside the fridge means the gas (air) particles inside the fridge have created a lower pressure situation inside it, lower than the atmospheric pressure (which is the pressure at room temperature). Because there is now differential pressure, when you try to pull the fridge open, there is resistance. But why is the resistance against opening the fridge? Because matter in the classical world generally tends to move towards lower pressure. This is the same reason your gas particles in the cooking gas (which are at higher pressure) are seriously looking for a way to escape. So, your fridge door continues to resist your pull because the door is gravitating towards the lower pressure in the fridge.
The small seal areas on the door lip make this pressure translate into greater force and that's why you often need to pull hard to open the door.
Great explanation! Your explanation doesn't explain why the door opens some secs afterwards as stated in the problem. Because as long as the low temp regime exists inside the refrigerator, I expect atmospheric pressure to prevail over the door due to the low pressure inside the refrigerator.

The black Americans once fought and died for rights , it is never new .am sure if you go through history , you would know America is well over 300 years hence am sure they passed through this.
Americans passed through our stage over 300 years ago and not in 2015. This age is new and comes with fresh ideas and thoughts, we should all learn from our predecessors' experiences and not have to wait to experience such before doing the right thing the right way.

I've prayed and prayed and my lines are exhausted, the lyrics of my prayers remain unchanged, I tried to fight the tension created by this whole PwC thing and I succeeded until last Sunday. Last night I dreamt of an animation of the letters P, W, C passing in succession. the tension is kinda much on me now cos this is the closest I am to getting a job.

Linoversace: Agriculture is the way forward now!
Yes Agriculture, Tourism, Industrialisation, Education and even Healthcare are the other sectors Nigeria can invest in. With these we. Can achieve sustainable growth and depend less on other countries.
PoliticsRe: America No Longer Need Nigerian Oil- Pres. Obama by Xenox(m): 3:37pm On Jun 29, 2013
Rossikk: You're broadly correct. Also, note that the US will continue buying Nigerian oil for at least the next decade, as they produce nowhere near enough shale oil to meet domestic demand as of yet. And growth in oil demand will be led by nations like China, India and Brazil, as their economies expand much faster than the US. Those countries still have not discovered commercial quantities of crude or shale oil/gas in their territories, although there's talk of China being about to discover shale deposits. All in all, Nigeria has the time it needs to diversify its economy before a shortfall in global demand for crude deprives her of income.
And u seem to not to perceive the urgency of the effect of Fracking on the net oil export of Nigeria. There was 41% drop in the crude exports of oil-producing African Nations of which Nigeria's share was 11% in one year. US has plenty reserve of conventional crude and huge unconventional reserve which they have just started to produce with relatively cheaper Fracking process, this shale oil has grown from 111,000bpd in 2004 to 553,000bpd in 2011 equivalent to a growth rate of around 26% per year. Argentina, China, New Zealand, Mexico, Russia, Columbia, Australia, Japan, have invested heavily in projects to assess non-conventional energy potential and in the extraction and production of shale oil which will surely displace OPEC as the chief price fixer. Even if other minor countries import oil from Nigeria, it will at a lower price per barrel and this will rip our economic fabric into pieces.

Lagusta: I think he has a point there, apple has a "closed source" policy while android is "open sourced"

anyone can program or design an apk extension and post it on the market, that can never happen in IOS app store.....

that's one advantage against android!!!!
Then, how do u measure the success of an OS, is it not by Quality and Popularity which ride on the number of devices running the OS? Why do u think RIM has decided to extend BBM to other mobile platforms?

Moreso, FOT is a site used by dragnet and KPMG does not contract its aptitude tests to dragnet or any other recruitment agent. However, since the venue (chams city) is open and well-known, there's no danger in going there on the proposed date to see things for yourself and then use your discretion.
