A real good friend told me dat ya'all still home cos pwc are concentrating mostly on experienced hires @ d moment. Info seems plausible 2 me, though unconfirmed, so sharing this for peeps dat r panicking in here. We the 'baby hires' gotta chillllllllllllllllll. Hope dis week tho.Cheers ya'all.

The salary is not dependent on experience, rather, on qualification i.e. Chartered or not chartered.

Entry level starts from A1, if u re chartered or u have 1 or 2 yrs of acctng exp, u will be placed on A2. A1 gets promoted to A2 and to A3 after every 6 months with about 28k salary diff.- from a reliable source

The mgrs cannot reiterate such to you. Anyway, I was told by a staff, who joined them lst year, in their tax dept.

Level A1 earns 142 net. I'm not sure of the other levels. Rumour has it dt successful applicants re much, so they are trying to use other parameters to choose amongst d successfl ones. Another rumour says pwc jst entered their Financial Year, so most of the workers re currently busy. In all, we shld be patient as we have been.

Am with u as regards the other rumour u posted..some 1 told me same..so let's just relax pple...

1 thing I like dis thread is d@ we get answers to our questions with time. We had d wed postulation, later d 1st week assurance. I think now we hav d mid july & d salary speculation info.
Please leave Banke & her Team & 4get abt how much U 'll b paid, except all dese are just meant to occupy us & keep d thread lively whc is allowed but not frivolous & unfounded info.
I still say it, it was "successful candidate 'll be contacted in july" d@ was said, so lets just fàrábàlé (relax).
Sha it is well & 1 gr8 wish is d@ we all on dis thread 'll be "successful candidates" 'cos we would make a good Team.

U've mixed it up. Entry level is A3, chartered pple will come in as A2 and if u perform well on either level you'll be promoted in 6 months. Just calm down and be patient. All these speculations will only cause anxiety.
