BizBloke [I might be wrong] Despite the Timezones its Tuesday all over the US except for Honolulu (HST). You stated that I would get a feedback as regards the dispatch to the US address. That could have saved the extra cost of shipping down to Nigeria. At this rate I really doubt if the bag was dispatched and could still meet the deadline.

This is Sunday. Given that I've provided your team an address since Friday, the expectation is that you will atleast have provided some feedback. Tuesday is barely 48 hours away. Saturday and Sunday is gone already.

As regards option 2, I've gotten the address, however, the merchandise has to reach there by early tuesday as they take of for Lagos same day. How feasible is this. I can't post the full address here but this should be enough to know whether it can be delivered before tuesday.

I've gone through a great deal begging and offering apologies. He provided me with the address below. Kindly make this work.

I went to break the news to owner of the merchandise. He simply said he can't wait for that long and whats even the guarantee that you would keep to your word. He's had enough of this and I should simply provide his refund. I had to take all that embarrassment for some people poor judgement. Please kindly provide me with the following answers ASAP as he's on my case this morning

1. How long does it take to get a refund as the way things are going I would have to pay him out of my pocket. I don't have a need for a bag so its useless to me. (Amazon provides free return on this product )
2. If you can't provide option 1 how much would it cost to get this package delivered to me directly worst case in 7 days time.
3. If 2 above is not possible, then can I provide you with a US address (Illinois,Chicago) you can ship too. How long would that take you and at what cost.



At this point I would appreciate it you simply read through and provide answers directly.

Your product wasn't missed on three different occasions. Your product wasn't delivered by Amazon and there's no way your product would've been dispatched without receiving same product.

The second instance, everyone's products were grounded because of the election. Under no circumstance would someone leave a safer clime (USA) to Nigeria during the just concluded elections. Even parts of Lagos boiled over and I wasn't in the office for a week. I notified everyone involved and apologized, with emphasis on the worth of the freighter's life.

The third instance, it'd been dispatched to the freighter and still with the freighter as I write to you but due to check-in issues of which we weren't informed until the freight was cleared in Lagos, Nigeria, your product didn't make it.

My reason for showing you that picture was as a result of your insistence on a refund and thought that your product wasn't purchased and your funds diverted for other use.

My apology but I didn't read that as a question but as a report to the two monikers you mentioned. In like manner, I don't have to argue that I don't take our clients for granted; you said so, amen. That's an allegation I'd rather not discuss.

My problem exactly with you is the fact that you take your customers for granted and the sad part is you fail to see it.

I simply asked you a question and you responded with an image of the product. The least you could have done is not to make a situation that is tense worse.

But its enough , you can't be wrong and am obviously the irrational one. And you have your business to run. What's a single customer compared to your customer base?

At this junction I ask just two questions

1) What date would I receive my goods
2) What happens when you default on the new date

Kindly answer these two questions its the least you could do .

Unfortunately for me, sorry doesn't change anything , it doesn't translate into a bag or fix the value of my word that has been given out. What really beats me is the fact that other goods which most likely were ordered after later made it down and mine failed to make it.

The sad thing is he was about paying amazon for delivery till I offered to help him save some money. I called your office and requested for a refund and your representative told me you don't offer refunds even despite all these misgivings. Its fine we live in a lawless country anyway.

My initial proposition was to refund him immediately out of my pocket pending the time I get a refund to save face as my word matters to me and I wouldn't want to tarnish that in anyway. Since getting a refund from you is impossible, what happens when this same thing occurs again ?

Things aren't done this way. Fine items have been shipped , at least you could have specified when I would be able to receive my goods.
