There's an app I once used for restoring deleted files very long ago (about 10 years ago). Please check this comment back in 10 mins.

Modified:

I'm back. I couldn't remember the name of the app I was looking for but I found this and I believe it can do the job. It's free. Also, it's made by the folks who made ccleaner so it's trustable.
Download it now:

Thank you so much sir.

A software like Recuva should help you.
Download Recuva and see if it works.

U must need to use the hard drive as external hard drive for you to recover the deleted

Avoid using your computer or restarting it multiple times to prevent the overwriting of data.
I just downloaded the Recuva app although haven't installed it. Please can you explain what you mean by the bolded?

The steps are as follows:

Right-click on the folder that contained the permanently deleted file(s) or folder(s).

Choose 'Restore previous versions. '
From the available versions, choose the one dated when files were there.

Click 'Restore' or drag & drop the desired version at any location on the system.

You will have to a recovery and that will require you sorting the files yourselves. Because all be restored in Fat32 storage. Easeus Data recovery should do the magic. Get the Software installed and follow the screen prompt to do the rest.

Nobody has mentioned easyus or easeus Omo that software is a life saver , I mistakenly formatted my lecturer pc then . He threatened to make sure he sends me out the school cos I have deleted all his works since he became a lecturer, to cut the long story short I was able to recover even files on the hard disk that have been previously formatted before I did my own format .
I downloaded the software, the free version. And even though it brought back half of the files that were deleted,I still was unable to recover/restore them. It asks I upgrade to pro version before I could recover them. Please what can I do?

Nope, you aren't helping Nigeria nor the Nigerians that need the power upgrade. You are simply enriching the already fat pockets of some greedy modafokas.
That money is a good as gone.

Why are some nairalanders so daft?
One person is behind the OP and some other monikers promoting and asking questions about internet fraudsters. It's all pre-planned. Flashed his ill-gotten (and obviously fake and doctored transactions) and gain greedy idiots that will run into his DM and thereafter bill them. It's all a game. Shame on some desperate people.
