Am new here, I have a gp of 3.65/5. I want to do a masters in information technology in Germany, Hw do they convert to german gp, is it a must to write toefl/ietls since my first degree was in English

People often claim that they are unable to follow the rules of Allah SWT and practice Islam properly because they are afraid of the consequences. hello people,according to the international office here,there are a whole lot of applications that they treat because of the english language courses and they are always unable to attend to all the applications ...some qualified people dont get admission and late responses due to the large number of applicants ....now they are giving out the whole aplication process to uni-assist...before you apply directly without paying uni-assist,but now everyone must apply through uni-assist.
I am talking about Rhine waal university of applied sciences,so you guys should apply via uni-assit from next year..

He had a diploma in public admin from Benpoly,BSC in political science from BSU,NYSC in Taraba State before he joined the Military.
