it started when I wanted to update to android 9 pie.the phone is a global version.no rooting.bought late last year.it is now on softbrick.

i have called the previous owner, he promised to help on Monday, but right now am restless, can't wait, just thinking I can know anybody here in Akure that can help me out. I don't want to do it by myself to avoid hard bricking

if your bootloader is lock, the best option to revive your phone is by flashing stock ROM via EDL mode
