A teenager from Kenya raped a fowl which later died of exhaustion has been sentenced to 15 months jail term.
He said that he could not approach women which led he to the act.

Kevin Simiyi was caught in act by the shocked owner of the fowl.

After begging for a lenient jail term, he was sentenced to 15 months in prison by a magistrate for bestiality.

When asked if he was guilty, he said:

‘Yes, I did it.

“I was caught defiling the hen by its owner.

“I fear approaching women because of the high level of poverty and I feel women are very expensive.”

Facebook has started rolling out a new service called "MARKETPLACE" which allows users to buy and sell things in their local community.

Arriving first in the U.S., U.K., Australia, and New Zealand, with more countries coming soon.

So basically marketplace is where you can search for things that people are selling nearby or you can list what you want to sell directly from the app.

According to Facebook Director of Product Management, Mary Ku,

“Facebook is where people connect, and in recent years more people have been using Facebook to connect in another way: buying and selling with each other… To help people make more of these connections, today we’re introducing Marketplace, a convenient destination to discover, buy and sell items with people in your community. Marketplace makes it easy to find new things you’ll love, and find a new home for the things you’re ready to part with. We’ll continue to build new options and features to make this the best experience for people.”

Marketplace is available through Facebook on Android and iOS, Marketplace is accessible through the little shop icon at the bottom of the app. you can also search by keyword or category.

Also Facebook is not involved in payment transactions, so payment can be done in cash or any other alternative digital payment system (Paypal e.t.c).

Whatsapp in its new update added a new feature... but let me say i don't think most people (including me) will like this feature, it lets you tag people on group chats (screaming) so if you are among those who turn off notifications in group just to enjoy the peace, well with whatsapp new feature if you are tagged this is done by putting an @ before your name,you will still receive the notification even if you turned it off.


The new feature only works on Android and iOS devices, which means desktop users can still maintain control over the WhatsApp notifications they want to go through.

Yesterday Twitter officially announced that Twitter character limit will count words and words only so media attachments such as GIFs, videos, polls, and images will no longer be considered words, Not only that, when replying to a Tweet,“@names” will no longer count towards the character count.

previously if you were going to post a tweet with any form of media, they’d put you back 20 to 23 characters.

so for people who love posting lots of pictures or other media attachments this will be appealing.
