The Opportunity
We are hiring a Management Trainee (Operations & Growth).
This is not a typical entry-level role.
You will work directly with the Founder and be exposed to multiple areas of the business, including:
• Business operations
• Growth and marketing execution

This role is designed for high-potential graduates who are eager to learn, take ownership, and grow into leadership roles.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Founding Operations & Growth Manager, you'll work directly with the Founder to help build and grow LearnSpeakly.
