It will never turn out well. Switch back.

Ha. switch back just like that...in this Buhari regime.

I didnt have this noise until i changed belt tensioner. What can we do to savage this? i can't afford a new engine now. I know some CRV come with K20A engine

Did you replace engine recently?

A year ago the engine was replaced. K24A for K20A

Hello Gazzuzz

I am having a few issues with my car. Honda CRV 2002. I hear this growling noise when i accelerate either in reverse or drive. It comes from the power steering, compressor, tensioner area. I can't pin point the exact cause. Beside my serpentine belt is off by one thread but i doubt if that is the cause.

Also there is loss of power and i have a "Pending Code" - P0172 - System too rich. My A/F sensor reads about 0.6V. Short term and long term trims are in the negatives.

i need epp oooo

Hello everyone,
I need to get a smart charger 24V with 40A or more for a gel battery

You need to come clean on all your setup to be able to get good advise here. Especially has you have confirmed to be a noob on this subject. At least let us know what controller u are using, the estimated distance between charge controller and solar panels. There is no standard advise that apply to all type of setup. How u string your panel depends on many variables. Let us know the type of controller especially the model and rated output etc. Then u will get best advise not just a generic advise which might not apply to your setup.

Okay sir. I plan on using a Fangpusun Flexmax 60A. Approximate distance between panels and controller is about 40ft from my estimation.

Batteries are 2V 500Ah Huawei Agisson setup in series for 24V.
Inverter is a 1.5KVA Safe power.

Please let me know if i missed something out.

Thanks

Voc = 37.33V
Vmp =29.81V
Ioc =8.93A
Pmp=250W
I want to connect 4 solar panels of the rating above in parallel to get as much current as possible. Is it a good setup?
Battery to be connected in a 24V setup
2v 500Ah Gel
Max Charging current is 100A
Float is 2.23V
Cycle is 2.35V

Depending on the charge controller you are using.

1) if it's 24/48v CC, then 2 x 2 is ok.
This should be atleast 25A

But

2) if it's 12/24v CC, then all 4panels should go parallel. This should be atleast 40A

Okay.. But how does the CC affect this? I be noob no vex

Best connection is 2 by 2 ie series-parallel.

What would be the total Vmp and Ioc i would get from the 2 by 2?

@xreakz, those batts r gel, u gotta pamper them real goods, gels are quite reliable, but delicate, once they dry out, usually caused by overcharging/improper inverter/charger...then its all over, its irreversible....priced dem a cxouple of months ago, they were going for btw 38k n 45k for new, toks abt 25k or 30k

hope ur inverter/cc/batt charger has a gel setting?

My inverter doesn't have special settings. It is a SafePower 1.5Kva one of those Indian brands

ur batt appears like 2v 500ah batts?...abi 800ah.
pls confirm the amperage, 500ah wud be easier for ur cc to charge than 800ah, hope u know abt the c/10, c/8, c/12 formular for smf/flooded/gel batts

They are 2v 500AH. I dont know abt the c/10, c/8, c/12 formula.. But am right.. Are these gel batteries

More than enough. Depending on your battery type, you will see about 28 to 30 v during the charge cycle. I have 2 kw on 24 V 60 amp controller. Works fine

How much current do you get?

Here is my battery type. I think it is gel

Good morning guys. Is a 40A CC good enough for a 1000W solar panel with 24V battery backup. The calculation puts the requirement at 41.67A or do i go higher like the 45A?

Anyone using this epsolar 45A or 60A mppt controller? Is it a good substitute for the more expensive American products like Outback or MorningStar?

Thanks

Thanks everyone for the replies...

Today was a bit cloudy and no sunshine... How much power did you generate today from ur solar panel.. What happens when the rainy seasons fully kicks off?

Please chip in.

Does this mean i can practically have a 1KW Solar panel + a 3KW inverter with good batteries then conveniently run a 2KW load without frying anything?

DMerciful:
You panels charges ur batteries so the load does not directly burden d panels but your batteries so that the maximum load you can power depends on ur inverter capacity. However with solar or inverter, u want to reduce ur load as much as possible to have good benefit from it hence d advocacy of low energy appliances.
Satellite TV Technology / Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by xreakz(m): 1:51pm On May 21, 2016
DMerciful:
Don't waste ur money on solar inverter. If you are satisfied with ur current inverter performance then buy only solar panels and an mppt charge controller. Connect these to ur current system and you're good. Same thing I am currently doing.

If i am to setup a 1KW solar panel, can i use say 3kw from this setup if my inverter can handle 3kw. I am trying to understand if the panels charges the battery and supply power to your load and you a limited to max rating of your panel or it charges the battery and your load is limited to the max rating of your inverter.
Thanks in advance

Hello gurus, what solar inverter brand would you advice one to get. I am looking to upgrade my current battery-only setup to a solar + battery + AC setup.

Thanks in advance

Hello everyone.
Is there a major difference between a Canadian Masters and a PostGraduate Diploma outside there names? Please let's consider this based on viability of taking a paid employment after schooling.

Also let's look at the fact that some Masters Courses are way cheaper than PostGraduate Diploma in related fields. Thanks

Happy for those that have gotten TRVs and those undergoing medicals. We walk/work by faith.

i was refused a study permit on some funny grounds earlier this month.

- The VCO stated that i didn't have a travel history
- Also that there wasn't proof that i would return to my country
- and finally 'NOT A BONA FIDE student'.

Can the TRV scholars help me tackle this because i"m ready to start off another application

Thanks
