Just around 3:05am this morning, while asleep, I saw the reflection of flashlight from the window, my eyes were open but I remained still, the moment he turned off the flashlight, I quickly ran to wall and hid behind the curtain, then he tore the net and was about jumping in I started shouting Ole! Ole!! Ole!!! Alas, he didn't run o, he went to tear the net of another window.
I kept on shouting and rushed to the sitting room to hold d door knob because no one stays in the room and door was not locked the guy kept on dragging the door with me, by then my mum had heard my voice and joined me, she just pushed the door open, I quickly turned on the light(fortunately there was light), I saw his face before he jumped out of the window.
I was gittery even till now, it was after he left that we discovered that he had been in the house earlier, he only came back for God knows what. He went with my purse that contained about #7k, and my ATM card, he ransacked my Mum's bag and took about #3k, he also went with all the loose change he saw on the table. I don enter gbese now as the money doesn't belong to me,
NB: Please let's be security conscious and we ladies let's us always put something on to bed, I thank God it was not one of those night I dress scantily to bed in this hot weather, who knows what could have happened.
