I'm presently going through one now and my body shakes. I know I'll be fine but I never wish to pass through it again, never again. The first time I went through emotional trauma I wasn't myself for almost half a day. Even though I felt I'm strong, but the hell I went through and back wasn't funny at all. I couldn't cry, my eyes were dry but it was as if my soul and spirit liquidify within me. Well, a break in relationships do cost most of the emotional traumas we pass through. When you catch a cheating partner or girlfriend someone you intend to marry (in my case) even after you've love, cherished and spend for her and then you discover that she doesn't love you pass your house door. The reason why many committed murder and some Suicide.. But please I don't want to go through this anymore.

Sorry about that. You should try to love yourself the more. Think of the good sides of you, think of the bad side of her and assure yourself she does not even deserve you. Don't stay alone, mix with loved ones, involve yourself in jokes with playful people always. Wear a lot of smiles. If you can't, just fake it. Keep pretending that all is well.
