Why do so many people attach so much importance to this Bullsh!t called "birthday"?
My birthday has been so insignificant since time immemorial, I attach no value to it. I don't wish people happy birthday, I don't tell people my "birthday" and it's private on Facebook, so you never get to see "today is Omagzee's Birthday" on your notification bar.

He never forgot. If she would break up with him because of this then she surely was dropping hints and reminders that her birthday was coming up. I guess last year he went all out to impress her.... but just can't afford that expense this year so the best way out.... "wow!...I'm soooo sorry.... I'll make it up to you next year".... when a must travel emergency shall arise.
