I think for the name issue Affidavit will be the best just to be on a safe side, because my weac has wrong date of birth and i have done an Affidavit to back it up should in case the CO ask. I will advice you to always read DV 2013 Winners Meet Here, it will help i tell you, because you have alot to lean from there.

ewhoma: Pls house, I have 2 questions to ask. I have two ssce results, waec n neco from 2 diffrent schls... Now, on my neco result, I used my middle name was pronounced in full on d result issued by d sch itself (Ewhomazino) and on d testimonial from neco itself, its abbreviation (E). Now, on every other documents since after my ssce (talking about tertiary n d rest) till date, even for dis lottery, I had shortened my middle name to Zino (of which my waec carries just my first n last name. Now, does this pose any threat or do I need to go do an affidavit of some sort? Rem, its just my neco. And my second question is dis: I made a mistake of filling in "" Int'l college for d sch where I wrote d neco instead of "" secondary sch due to d fact dt I wasn't with my documents when I was filling d Dsp forms I sent to kenturky because I was very far from home where my documents were. Of which I got to discover later after I had sent d forms. Pls, how do u think dis will be viewed? Cos even in my neco testimonial, it is typed "" secondary sch. Thank u.

DV fees before interview? well i don't think that it possible, because from all i have read in the forum, you can only pay at the embassy before your interview.

As soon as u receive your 2NL and all documents are read, on your interview day u will pay at the embassy.

YessWeeCan: I arrive at the embassy by 5.00am, we waited for about an hour b4 we where ask to line-up in two lines one for immigrant and the other for non-immigrant, pass through all the security check. I was call to submit my doc in win 17 then sat quietly waiting for the last stage.

win 15 started first followed by 14 then 16 and 13 respectively. b4 i was called, win 15 already denied 4 out of 6 applicants he interviewed, this made me comfortable an anxiety seems to set-in, win 16 granted 1 denied 2 while win 13 grant 1 ask another to go a doc.

i was interviewed at win 14 the black angel, she already granted all 3 before me, she is just so nice though drained me for over 15mins, i did enjoy it cos she did that smiling all through.

I arrived @ d embassy exactly 4.45am,infact,d cab I boarded dropped me after d embassy,so I had 2 walk down 2 d embassy treking.To d glory of God I met buh few peep @ dat moment,within som few min,t looked as if d earth were loosed as many peep started trooping.if I cld count d num xactly,we cld be up to 300 in numbers btw 5.30 up as many were stil trooping.To d glory of we did all d security checks,infact d checkings isn't a child play o......buh e ws for our gud and accuracy in documentations.I also Met a woman who works in d embassy connected to me by Geenlion,she ws so helpful and all thanks goes to GEENLION.After all said and done,We matched to d Main hall for proper preparations,paid d visa fee,submitted my Documents @ window 17 and my num beepped @ window 16,an old handsome man,buh before dat I saw a slim young man who issued visas so easily without much querries and I ws praying to God to be called on dat same window,which is window 14,well to God glory d window 16 called my num and ds hw d interview went thus:

I don't think its a big issue, they might tell her to demonstrate some tailoring skill or they might not even ask her, it depends on the CO, but better-still, she should be ready for any question concerning her skill.

My mom played and she won but she is qualified with work xperience not O'level.. So our case will be current by december hopefully but I do not know how she is gonna prove her work xperience ish (as the principal applicanth.. She has been a professional fashion designer for 27 years(she hasn't worked for anyone) after completing her training back then.. Pls How do we go about it? All u have to do is to keep praying to God, i strongly believe that God will send you your helper, you will need to come out from your shell tell family and friend you should have people that will help, tell your pastor or something...... Guy dont involve in this kind of thing, yanky is very smart.
