Let me highlights some few things then u can decide.
1. Better commission: quickteller is better than Paga on commission both on bill payment and money transfer.
2. Funding of ur account: Paga is better than quickteller. If u pay into Paga account in Zenith bank, ur account will be credited before u leave d banking hall but quickteller account with First bank is rubbish even if u ask them to post immediately, quickteller will take time to fund ur account because they post 3 times daily.
Customer care: PERSONALLY O, I give it to quickteller but Paga are also doing great but they waste ur airtime.
Foreign money transfer: none of them are doing it presently. But it just on their features.
