Since your emergence as the executive governor of the state, Abians can attest to your good job in areas of governance and infrastructural development.

Aside the massive road rehabilitation and construction in the state ,every Abians can attest to the relative peace and mutual coexistence among the masses in the state.

Prior to your inauguration, you promised a level playing ground for every Abians and you plegldg to intensify the fight against touting and double taxation in the state. And so far, you have kept true to your words.
Abians and Aba residents in particular are happy with your administration's fight against touting and double taxation .

However, Your Excellency, some staff of the Abia State Environmental Protection Agency,, ASEPA are gradually constituting themselves a public nuisance to Aba residents.
These people are hell bent on destroying and tarnishing the good image of your government.

These ASEPA staff go about the streets of Aba intimidating and harassing shop owners to purchase ASEPA BUCKET.

However, It might interest you, to note that most shop owners already have these ASEPA BUCKETs which they had purchased from past administrations.

It must be categorically pointed out that having an ASEPA bucket is statutory and every shop owner is expected to purchase and keep one as a refuse bin within the shop premises.
but the idea of forcing and intimidating every shop owner ( even those who already have the buckets ) to purchase another ASEPA bucket Is wrong.

These ASEPA agents have issued threats that every shop owner must purchase the new buckets whether they already have the buckets or not. And they're are hell bent on carrying out their evil intentions.

Shop owners in Aba are NOT against the sale of ASEPA buckets BUT, it should be limited to those who don't have.

The price of these buckets @N6,500 is too expensive, considering the harsh state of the economy..

Worst -still, forcing shop owners who already have this bucket to purchase yet another one not only amount to DOUBLE TAXATION but also exploitation by your government.

Your government have always stood for justice,Fairness and equity for the masses ,please ASEPA must follow the lead.

Shop owners are already angry and agitated. If this matter is not promptly addressed and ASEPA called to order, could trigger a public unrest

Your government is a listening one. Kindly call ASEPA to order.
