For those asking of the affidavit sworn by Martins and co, below are the scanned copies of the affidavit they tendered at Justice Omotoshos Court to obtain an interlocutory injunction restraining INEC and the assembly from declaring their seats vacant.

Omotosho, a fantastically corrupt judge well known for granting black market injunctions readily granted the order. Omotosho is a known Wike ally and is at his beck and call for such frivolous judicially reckless orders and is one of the judges currently on the NJCs radar.

In their affidavit filed at the Federal High Court in Abuja and published on page 29 of This Day Newspaper on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, Martin Amaewhule and his committee of friends made a critical admission. Seeking an interlocutory injunction, they wrote:👇

"9. That the plaintiffs (Amaewhule & his friends) contested their respective elections on the platform of the 2nd defendant (PDP) and had remained members of the latter until 11/12/2023 when the plaintiffs (Martin Amaewhule and his committee of friends) left the 2nd defendant (PDP) and joined the All Progressives Congress (APC) as a result of a serious division in the 2nd defendant (PDP)."

This affidavit has been their greatest downfall, a fact they conveniently hide from their supporters.



Now, my question is this?? Why is this affidavit POWERFUL ENOUGH for a judge to consider as evidence of defection with which to issue an interlocutory injunction against declaring their seats vacant BUT ALL OF A SUDDEN, THE SAME AFFIDAVIT IS NO LONGER STRONG ENOUGH as evidence of defection as touted by them and their cheerleaders Think about it! 😂


Now by saying they NEVER DEFECTED, are they not also AUTOMATICALLY ADMITTING that they LIED UNDER OATH Because they are citing the Omotosho judgement as the subsisting order that keeps their seats BUT that order is based on a document that highlights an event they are denying before the whole world.

That is pure , unadulterated PERJURY!!! And it's a criminal offence!

You can now see why they are relying on interlocutory injunctions to hide under and quickly impeach the governor. They know that THEY CANT WIN the substantive suit if it gets to the supreme court.


Yet, dunces and morons are busy defending these clowns, telling us about membership cards and wether their names are in the party register... did Omotosho need all of those to be able to stop the declaration of their seats vacant 😂

On this premise alone, I wonder why OkoJumbo hasn't appealed Omotoshos judgement.

I repeat! It would be a gross miscarriage of justice to allow these men back in the house but then again, this is Nigeria!
