If a government within a year in office could embark on some economic policies that have moved the price of PMS from 185/liter to over 800/liter with its attendant scarcity, devalued the Naira, made it exchange for over N1500 to a dollar from the N760 a dollar it was as at the time the government came to power, high inflation rate, food scarcity which have turned the entire country into the world's largest IDP camp where palliatives are being shared on a daily basis, etc., then one year is more than enough to judge such a government.




During the lead-up to the general elections, Tinubu,the APC and their supporters told Nigerians that he was going to replicate what he did in Lagos all over Nigeria.

In fact, his supporters told us that Tinubu built Lagos from scratch and that he was well prepared for the job of the president of Nigeria.

One year later, and having realized that the once-avowed Lagos blue-print builder has turned out to be a catastrophe, the worst president Nigeria has ever had since independence, the APC and their supporters have now argued that one year is not enough to judge Tinubu's government. He should be given more time.

Then I ask, How many years is enough?
