Islam for Muslims / Re: Obasanjo Builds N350M Mosque And Arabic School In Abeokuta by yavo2: 3:49pm On Nov 24, 2012
its OK for christians to be religiously tolerant, and we have always been. But ask all these northern governors how many of them will allow for a church to be built in the heart of their state capitals...no way!
Yet they will do anything to promote islam down south. Let the northern leaders, elder statesmen take a cue from Obj!

Crime / Re: My Armed Robbery Experience And Thoughts On The Nigerian Situation by yavo2: 4:34pm On Nov 01, 2012
wow!!! your experience is quite harrowing indeed. Thank God for sparing your life.
I also had an experience a couple of years back though less agonizing. I was robbed at gun point on Ikorodu road by some men on a bike in broad daylight.
They took my laptop with some valuables. When I went to report at the police station the next day, the officer taking my statement was demanding for breakfast money from me. One even requested for money to purchase the paper I was to write my statement on. I was really shocked by their behavior. Na only God fit help us for this country!

Literature / Re: The Pain Of Pleasure - A Must Read For Every Lady And Her Boyfriend. by yavo2: 9:50pm On Aug 07, 2012
This personal development you are talking about that costs 100K in the corporate world...what is it that you really teach? what skills do you pass on to these young people you are trying to help? From all you have written, it seems you need to do a rethink on how best to impact your world. Your hypothesis sounds noble but your motive is questionable. Don't ride on the principles of benevolence to achieve your selfish ends. Please be more objective.

Politics / Re: Boko Haram Has Killed More Muslims - Ningi by yavo2: 7:42pm On Jun 27, 2012
So because they killed his uncle...that is tantamount to killing more muslims abi? If his uncle was not involved, he probably would have kept his trap shut! Common we expect more from a distinguished senator.
Politics / Re: GEJ Appoints Col. Sambo Dasuki (RTD) As New National Security Adviser by yavo2: 9:51am On Jun 23, 2012
The caliphate has been known for her peaceful gestures in the midst of crisis. Check the history of religious crisis in northern nigeria. I think its a good move by the president. But whether this will quench the thirst for blood by the islamists is yet to be seen!
Politics / Re: Jagaba Denies Collecting $620,000 Bribe From Lawan by yavo2: 4:00pm On Jun 20, 2012
Kobojunkie:

What a silly comment. Is he responsible for what is happening in his State? Did you appoint him Chief of Police in Nigeria or even Head of Security?
[quote author=Kobojunkie]
I know he is not the head of security. But he still represents a people who are being slaughtered by the day by bh. As a representative in the house...what has been his contribution towards saving his people. The bribery case is far too trivial an issue compared to the lives being lost everyday.
Politics / Re: Boko Haram: More Bloodier And Deadlier Days Ahead by yavo2: 12:46pm On Jun 20, 2012
I think the government should ban any form of religious gathering henceforth till further notice. This is MADNESS. All this because we dont want Jonathan for God's sake!!!
Politics / Re: Jagaba Denies Collecting $620,000 Bribe From Lawan by yavo2: 12:34pm On Jun 20, 2012
Jagaba am so disappointed with you! While your people are dying by their hundreds inn Kaduna and environs due to the BH menace, you are here denying some bribe allegation. I wish you had given attention to what is happening in your state like you are doing to this bribery case.

Politics / Re: Christian Youths Kill Muslims In Reprisal Attacks At Gonin Gora, Kaduna by yavo2: 7:43pm On Jun 17, 2012
lacasa: These bombs are unfortunate aπϑ worse still the president is lacklustre in stopping this.

But, if not for seeking τ̅o cause more trouble, the christian youths rioting in kaduna are adding petrol τ̅o fire.

Christians attack innocent muslims, aπϑ the muslims revenge, aπϑ the result will be catastrophic. Aπϑ
the christians will be annihilated cos the muslims are more in terms of numbers.
who told you? In kaduna and most parts of the north it is 50-50.
so watz D̶̲̥̅̊ point of dis?

2ndly, wat proof do this idiots have τ̅o confirm D̶̲̥̅̊aτ̲̅ even a muslim bombed this churches

3rdly, what proof do this same idiots have D̶̲̥̅̊aτ̲̅ these bombs killed only christians n not muslims as well. Abi bombs select who is christian aπϑ who is muslim
you must be an idiyot yourself

if the muslim community, after bearing the most casualties in bokoharam's violent onslaught from 2009 τ̅o date, is seeking for peace, (despite all the non-muslims, christians, †ђªt have been caught red-handed attempting τ̅o blow up their own places of worship), have never called for a massacre on christians for trying τ̅o blame it on the muslim community, then wat reason do they have τ̅o kill innocent muslims

Furthermore, if GEJ a christian president, says he knows who the boko-haram sponsors are, if the NSA Azazi, a Christian as well says PDP are responsible for this, then what right do christian youths have τ̅o attack muslims on the streets

The earlier we know who our enemies are, i.e politicians, the better for our existence.

But, if they prefer an all out religious war which is what those doing this bombings want i.e - ( τ̅o divide us on religious lines), then i assure U̶̲̥̅̊ that every nigerian on this earth will be affected aπϑ wld wish we reasoned with our brains rather than with our hearts.

God help our country..amen

Its high time we put an end to this boko bullshit. If reprisals will make us see reason for a STOP to this nonsense so be it. We have to fight back at whoever is killing us. Maybe the northern elders will call their bloodsucking vampires to order now that its blood for blood!

GEJ is the best leader we could ever get. The problem is that some people have seen his potential and are bent on damaging it. We need to see beyond our noses!

Politics / Re: Suicide Bomber Blows Up Church In Bauchi by yavo2: 5:11pm On Jun 03, 2012
ganye1: Many people on this forum have already jump to the conclsion that it is Muslims who carried out the attack without any evidence. I am not saying a Muslim cannot do it but It must be understood that the possibilty that the attack was carried out by some christians is very high because of the christians caught while trying to bomb churches. All those caught red handed trying to carry out attacks on churches are christians. I say without any fear of contradiction that all those caught red handed trying to bomb churches are christians and no Muslim was ever caught red handed with a bomb trying to bomb a church. Christians were caught in Bauchi, Yenagoa and Jos while trying to bomb churches. And do not forge that a certain Bassey was arrested and confessed to have carried the BUK attack while John Akpavu was apprehanded with bombs at the Radio House recently.
God punish you for making such conclusion!

What I dont understnd is that, is the presidency telling nigerians that we should expect more bloodshed from these demons? Till date no top politician has been apprehended in connection to this menace despite them coming out to make bold statements on bh. This is a shame!!

I lost 80,000 to atm fraud. I just sat at home one day and got alerts of withdrawals from my gtb account. The money was withdrawn from festac in lagos and I was in abuja. I wrote letters but its about two yrs now nothing. The 2nd one another 40k from first bank atm last year. I used a foreign atm card. The atm machine swallowed my 40k. They asked me to complain to my issuing bank. Till now nothing. Its just sad..
