luvmijeje: My point is despite the close marking APC gave to Fayose, he was still close to pulling a win. He's an enigma Almost doesn't count ma'am. |

luvmijeje: You are still not getting my point. Despite Fayose not being giving room to do abadacabra that he did in 2014, he was still close to beating APC. Which simply means he has a strong followers. He's an asset. I get your point from the votes delivered but in actual sense, it's not by the result, it's by what they want us to believe. I'm sure you know this election may not actually be the true reflection of how the electorates voted but what the APC government in power want us to believe. Do you actually think Fayemi didn't win any LG in 2014 even as a sitting governor? That's just what PDP (the party in power then) wanted us to believe. |
Politics › Re: What Will Happen To Fayose's Presidential Ambition by ybalogs(m): 11:54am On Jul 15, 2018 |
luvmijeje: Do you know the difference in votes? Mere 20000. While in 2014, more than 100000. What happened in 2014 wasn't election. That was total use of power and might. PDP has no mercy like APC..APC prefers to make the margin small to make PDP have some kind of hope. In 2015, was their election in Rivers state in General elections? Where did they see their Millions vote? |

luvmijeje: But he wasn't standing up for another election. It was Eleka. It's actually Fayose's political battle not Eleka. How many times did you even see Eleka talk or even canvass for votes. Eleka was just Fayose's stooge to remain in power by proxy and that has failed now. |

luvmijeje: But PDP is short of men who can delivered votes in the south-west. Whether you agree with his kind of politics or not, it's working in Ekiti. it worked with federal power and that has been used against him. Watch as all the PDP senators and house of reps and assemblies in Ekiti decamp to APC soonest. |

luvmijeje: Since PDP is more stronger in the East than the West, Fayose will not be Vice-president. He's indirectly vying for the post of Vice- President not President.
Despite not winning, he's no longer a pushover in PDP. For him to gathered that kind of votes, he is a king. If PDP had won yesterday, his VP nomination would have been a sure banker but now that he has lost and with all his atrocities which his immunity has been covering, I doubt he'd be a free man to even witness PDP's prmaries not to talk of the general election. |

Shukuakukobambi: King of where? See mimiko, see even Odili from oil Rivers. Politics is a cruel game which is why bridge building is always the best policy rather than the scorched earth policy of fayose. He's just become a political vagabond.
Watch how Wike, his close pal shifts away from him We just have to wait for his remaining 3 months to see if those trying to canvass for votes through him will even look his way now that he has lost Ekiti. I'm sure then he'd know politics is really harsh. |

He never had the ambition of becoming president. That was just a diversionary ploy to make those watching him feels he's not planning to run after his tenure expiration. He's been found out and should be ready to dance to the new hit banger by Dino Melaye. |

BALLOSKI: Lesson 6: whenever you have opportunity, be good to people because you don't know what tomorrow holds.
In 2014, Fayose was everything deadly towards the members of APC in that state. Fast forward to 2018, he's at the receiving end; he's crying wolf - he's in neck collar - he's looking for sympathy votes. Unfortunately for him, none of this worked.
Mark my word: Fayose would observe the 2019 election from his prison cell.
This is my number one and only lesson so far. Chop knuckle. |
