Once you’re in, select the “Request/Update Partnership” menu-item from the left navigation-bar of your account’s Control Panel, to reveal the Partnership Request form.

On the Partnership Request Form, fill-in your First Name and Last Name, select your gender and the partnership-level you intend to go for. In your case, OEM-LITE would be it; which is also selected by default.

We also have 50-slots open for the other partnership-levels (except the OEM-ULTIMATE level) at reduced rates, for those 50-slots – OEM-PRO (15k, instead of 25k) and OEM-MAX (30k, instead of 40k).

The other options can be left as is.

One you're signed-in, your Control Panel should look somewhat like the image below:

On the signup form, fill-in the following info:

- Your Full Name

- Your Mobile Number: (please ensure you use this Mobile Number when making payment from the app, as well as when registering your payment on the app), we will use this number to track your payments on the platform and also communicate with you, if need be.

- From the drop-down/combo list, select your country: We assume you’re currently in one of the African Countries – if not, select “Other” from the list.

- Enter a valid e-mail address

- Enter the school you intend to manage: We also assume you’re signing-up as someone who is looking forward to managing schools on the platform. If you have any school currently under your belt, enter the name here; otherwise, just enter any value – this can be changed-up anytime from within the app. You can also add more schools when you’re in.

- Supply your desired password

When you visit the main Open e-Mark Platform by clicking on the “Create Free Account” button on our website at: https://theopenemark.ml, and sign-up as a partner on any of our partnership-levels (currently, there are 4 of them, with the lowest going for 10k, but we’re letting the first 50 partners in on the platform at 5k; hence this thread), a referral link immediately shows-up on your account’s Control Panel – this link is unique and represents you on the platform.

NB: Please make sure you select the option that says “I’ve got my school’s data ready. I want to Go Live now”, when you’re presented with the signup-options.

You can post your referral-link wherever it’s permissible (online and offline) to send referrals to the platform.

Now (let’s use a very simple case), assume that you send-in 10 referrals in a month (using your referral-link), all of these 10 people become your Direct Referrals, and any or all of the following can happen:

Your Direct Referrals decide to refer other users who decide to also sign-up as partners at the lowest level (5k until all 50 slots are filled).

You immediately earn 5% (since you are on the lowest partner-plan) of 50000 = NGN2,500.
i.e. 5% of NGN(5000 × 10).

If those 10 Direct Referrals of yours decide to sign-up one (1) school each (not referrals now) and, say, one (1) new referral each (your in-direct referrals), who eventually become partners too, then this is what happens:

You earn the usual partner-signup bonus for all those in-direct referrals – in this case, 1% of total amount paid by your new in-direct referral-signups.

i.e. 1% of NGN(5000 × 10) = NGN500

Assume that each school that has been signed-up by your direct-referrals has around 200 students only (that’s using a simple case here), then you earn (in addition to whatever bonuses that accrue from your direct and in-direct referral-signups) for every term: 5% (depending on the partner-plan you are on) of (200 × 300) = 5% of NGN60000 = NGN3,000, since each student would need to purchase our e-Mark Code to view/print their report-sheets online.

If your in-direct referrals also signup schools with the same student-capacity, you also earn 1% of the 60000 (that comes in from them) = NGN600.

Notice that these are simple cases I have presented here. As you gain direct-referrals (who become partners), so do you earn signup bonuses; and as the number of schools signed-up or referred by you or your direct and in-direct referrals increases, so does your earnings – you do the math!

Note: The signup-bonuses (for direct and in-direct referrals who become partners) are paid only once, immediately referrals become partners, seeing they don’t pay us re-currently for partnership-activation. On the other hand, bonuses that come-in from purchases of our e-Mark Codes are perpetual – whether they come from partners or schools.

Once your account’s Control Panel reflects that you have up-to a thousand Naira (only) on your account, you can request a payout from within the app.

All our payments are processed by PayStack:https://paystack.com - a reputable FinTech Company in Nigeria, who verifies all merchants before approval.

The platform (https://oemsis.azurewebsites.net) is open to anyone (schools, IT Companies, and entrepreneurs alike): It allows schools (or entrepreneurs having their own clients) to sign-up and (among other things) upload students’ scores for processing by the Result Processing Module of the Platform.

While uploads are being done, the system processes the scores (in real-time) and grades the students (according to a defined system); after which it automatically generates each student’s report-sheet, as shown in one of the earlier photos I uploaded.

However, in order for guardians or students to view/print the generated report-sheets, they need to supply the system with an access-code - something we fondly call the e-Mark Codes!

Our e-Mark Codes are sold to schools, at the rate of NGN300/code, and they are usable three (3) times, within a 12-month period.
