I'll touch on each of the aforementioned/highlighted points as succinctly as possible and in a manner that ultimately answers your main query.

1. Commission
Commission is paid on approved business generated by the consultant and cash actually received by ZHQ.

Current pilot structure:

- 15% on the first paid Pilot MVP/first implementation sold by the consultant.

- 3% on qualifying expansion business from the same account within 6 months, where the consultant originated the account and remained materially involved.

2. Typical deal size/Sales cycle

For the current pilot focus, a standard first implementation/Pilot MVP is currently expected to sit around ₦3.0m–₦3.5m. Broader rollout, where applicable, would be quoted separately based on scope.

Because this is an early-stage commercial pilot, timelines will vary by prospect. The immediate goal of the 30-day pilot is to identify consultants who can open serious conversations, book meetings, and help move qualified prospects toward paid business or signed Letters of Interest (LOI).

4. Leads

At this stage, leads are primarily self-sourced. Consultants are expected to open or bring their own leads, though ZHQ may direct/point consultants to opportunities where appropriate.

5. Sales materials / support

ZHQ will provide:

- Approved company and product brief
- Approved messaging / positioning
- Pricing guidance
- Direct founder support for serious conversations

6. Expected monthly earnings

Since this is a new pilot, there is no historical monthly earnings benchmark yet, and I do not want to mislead anyone with inflated claims.

Earnings will depend on actual deals originated, progressed, and paid.

This opportunity is best suited to people who understand early-stage business development and are comfortable with a performance-based model.

I’ve noticed that one small thing that causes avoidable issues during passport or visa applications is the passport photograph itself.

Many people assume any clear photo will work, but that’s not always true. Problems can come from wrong crop, wrong country-preset (e.g. US, UK, Shengen, etc.), rough background, low quality export, etc.

Some common mistakes are:

1. Cropping the face wrongly
The head ends up too big, too small, or badly positioned.

2. Using random editors that don’t guide passport-photo sizing properly
So the final result may look okay casually, but not be prepared in a proper passport-photo format.

3. Exporting a photo that looks fine on screen but poor when printed

4. A lot of people only check the phone or laptop view and forget the print result matters too.
Struggling to arrange multiple passport photos neatly on a sheet for printing.

5. Many people want a clean print-ready layout on A4 or other paper sizes, but end up wasting space or printing badly.
Doing the whole thing with tools that are stressful for a simple task. What should be a quick passport-photo prep turns into unnecessary trial and error.

I'll suggest you pull up one of the emails they sent you and look for their email address (i.e. the sterling SME email address that they append to the body of their email) and send them a message. They're fairly responsive.

After waiting for a response from the poster to no available, I was able to pull up the first email they sent to my business email account and found their email address there; so, I reached out to them and they responded in less than 24 hours.

You should try reaching out to them.

Those 2 highlighted are not true, I don't know of others. Or may be it depends on the current state of the house. The 1 bed I got for someone as at late 2019 in Sangotedo area was 650k for rent alone. The 2 beds I got for someone around Olokonla, before Sangotedo, 2 months ago was 1.6m for rent alone.
