I wanted to be sure it would work before announcing it to the house, so I did and it worked like a charm, I got my funds sent straight into my local bank account within 5 days. Now with this means, you dont have to be scratching your head about getting your Payoneer Card and you also dont need to check out all the different bank ATMs in Nigeria looking for the ones that would give you a favourable rate. Through this means, I sent out $50 first just to test run the whole process and I got an alert of exactly NGN 9,087 and mind you, $3 Payoneer withdrawal rate applies. I would say that is a reasonable rate, wouldnt you?
Here is how I did it and I think it might have been easy because it was my first withdrawal and things hadn't become complicated, I wouldnt know for sure...
1 Click on withdrawal Request
2 Click on Freelancer Debit Card
3 Click on 'Get your freelancer debit card now'
under the number 3 above, you would see PREPAID MASTER CARD (get paid directly into your Master Card within 1 hours) and BANK TRANSFERS ( get paid directly into your local bank account).
4 Click the option for BANK TRANSFERS, Select Nigeria from the country option and then click Signup.

I THINK PAYONEER TAKES IT UP FROM THIS STAGE TILL THE FINISH LINE.
When you must have clicked signup, the next pages that open are easy, they would need your info to set you up, your e-mail, password and all whatnot. When each field and category is properly filled, click on NEXT to move on to the next one...Your bank's name, swift code, and account number would all be needed and when you might have provided everything, they would either tell you to correct something in case there was a mistake or let you know its done.
When all these are done, freelancer.com would alert you through mail reminding you that you just requested for a debit card, and Payoneer would remind you too on the mail you provided after you had chosen your country and clicked on Sign up in the earlier stages, so you need to monitor your mail(s). When its all done, go back to the withdrawal request page on Freelancer, withdrawal becomes easy, just input how much you want to withdraw and click confirm, you are told how many days it would take to be processed and sent to out (to your Payoneer account), mine took 3 days to arrive on Payoneer, Payoneer processed it in 2 days, took their $3 and sent me $47 (in Naira of course).
The sweet thing here is, the two sites, Payoneer and Freelancer keep you abreast with all that is happening in your account, who ever has your money at every point in time indicates, so you wouldn't have any need to panic. When the money must have left your Freelancer account, login to Payoneer ( with the mail and password you provided when you were signing up) and check your transfer or payment history, the funds you sent out from Freelancer would be sitting there, waiting to be processed and shipped into your local bank account. Its all fun and easy and anyone can do it.
I think I have explained the process enough, but please anyone that has any question or encounters any difficulties should Holla, I could still put you through or explain things better.

This is good news.

YES I personally do. I have a laptop and over the months I've compared working(writing articles) with it to my Android Phone, and my Android Phone came out to be more efficient and faster. I use certain Apps for these

Am interested in this. Please explain, what app do you use for writing on your Android?

I write and sell my own products. To expand my online business dealings, I've recently begun helping others write, publish and sell their own ebooks and information products. In the beginning, I used to write for clients, but earning a substantial income from that took more time than I was willing to commit.

OK. So how will you help me achieve that. Am interested but I don't know how to write ebook

Am more interested in writing. Do you write for clients or you write information products and sell?

Like your moniker says, nobody knows you. I am out of this thread forever.

You don't need to work away now at least list the skills you offer. People have asked you that.

The starting point is: what skill do these guys have? If you have no skill you will be earning peanuts!

But if you have real skills, employers will come with thousands of dollars begging you to do their work. I made $50,000 from a Latvian company on Elance in 2013 alone. That company alone paid my rent that year and a jeep I bought.

You have to be on top of the food chain. All this talk about profile building without skills is a waste of time.

I even give 10k, 20k jobs to students because I am too busy now and work with few high paying companies now. There is even a php developer I know based in Lagos who has done more than 700 jobs on freelancer. When u reach that stage jobs will be chasing you, not you chasing $2 per 500 words peanut butter change.

In other words, article writing doesn't pay.

Before I give concrete advice, let me ask you 1. What kind of properties does your husband have for sale,? Lands or houses?
2. How much capital do u think u need to venture into real estate market

He has houses, land and one hotel.

Secondly talking about how much i need will depend on the location. I have a large heart for this already know my target market but with 8 to 10 m i can start small. I will really appreciate your advice. Thank you.

smart woman. Well it doesn't have to be Abuja na, does it?

No it must not be Abuja. But they are the ones that stay in the best houses here. Any tips you can offer? Believe me you need to see the hold up in the evenings when this Abuja workers are returning home.

If I was capable, I will do what the state government has failed to do.

I have always loved this biz but had to stop it due to location and i think contact. I stay in Suleja not too far from Abuja. Can someone give me an insight on how i can make it with real estate over here?

Presently my husband was given properties to sell but the right contact is a problem. One thing is certain some people stay here and work in Abuja. If I had capital i will build and rent or sell to these Abuja people. But as the capital no dey nko? Please advise me. Thank you.

I got awarded a project now with milestone. While I was trying to start the work, another person contacted me with the same project but different name. I had to ask the first employer and even send him the name of the second person, he said he does not know the person. What do I do now? Am thinking of rejecting the project. Please advise.

OK but no bi small tin. Did you start off with no reviews and got awarded a project from other countries aside India?

Please what ladywriter tot us here is not working for me. It seems that only Indians award project to Nigerians and they only use you. Most of them will not even pay. Most project are specific only 'only native writers should bid'

Please if you work as a Nigerian how are you making it. The price is not a problem for me but I don't want to work for Indians. Please i need advice from the house.

Career / Re: Biologists (Environmental, Micro, etc) : Let's Meet Here And Discuss by yebo36(f): 11:32am On Aug 19, 2015
Hi guys.
I read Environmental Biology. Finished service last year october. Since then, getting anything called white collar job, that has to do with the course, has proved to be VERY hard. People even scoff when you say 'Environmental Biology'. They are always like 'what's this one?'. Thankfully,am fending for myself with my online programmes. I also currently have a minor admin role in an engineering company. Planning to quit the role as soon as my online ventures become strong enough to depend on and head back to school. Have always wanted to be a lecturer. So am looking at going back to school for my Msc and PhD. The current job climate in our country is one that doesnt favor people like us. In the sciences, the only ones that have a chance of getting employed without breaking much sweat are our brothers in the Medicine Faculties. Infact i felt so bad during NYSC. These guys were treated like kings and queens just for reading Medsurg,Medlab,Opt,Anatomy etc. And most of them were retained. However, all of us wont be doctors and nurses(even those that wanted,Jamb didnt allow,LOL). So,i'd advise biology undergrads to start looking at SKILLS they can acquire rather than depending on the jobs that don't exist/or are very hard to come by. Otherwise they'd be in for a rude shock. Looking forward to seeing more guys here.
Very true. Going into other skills is the way out for us. I wished I had read anatomy instead.

Did you say scam @royal? Please don't be quick to conclude. The BEST part of the biz for me is not the money but the FREE Internet marketing i get. I contacted people here and I was charged 10k for the first part of the course. I am learning Internet marketing by doing the tasks on my board and am earning while doing it. Its no scam you get to put in much time and dedication like any offline biz. What convinced me more self was that they ve bn around for more than 15 years.

Guys, do you think its sensible writing a 500 worded article, just for sample, to prove i can do the main job? An employer contacted me and is asking i write a sample of 500 words on a topic he chose. How am i sure the supposed sample is not the main job and he"s just trying to con me...please help
Good. I wanted asking the same question cos i had a similar experience. I think its a new style they now use to get the work done free. I am getting tired of freelance. Com, the slavery there is too especially the Indians.
