I just downloaded the "Armed Forces Act" on play store , pls do and be properly informed about the military before you make your decision. It's very informative and interesting, you might b shocked tho. But I didn't come accross where it was stayed that 2 years seniority over ur mates has been scrapped according to oga tenderlaw. Is the HTCOAS different from the Armed Forces Act I downloaded?

I heard C-24 are passing out early February all things being equal.... Source a cadet there now.

Yes, I earlier said it's a Typical AC, U write out Ur Presentation and present Alone to Assessors and then also as a Group.

You don't really need to have a financial background just be able to understand the case sturdy and derive solutions to problems that's all.
They want to know you have the potential to be a 'MANAGER'....

Most days are two batches..
This AC is the last stage.
The Hr said We all would get feedback b4 the end of the year.

The AC last year was in three stages.
1. Documents verification,

2.case study of about 5 pages, which we were expected to solve and draft solutions to in 30 minutes, then present in 10 minutes.

3. The last stage was a group work, where a different topic was given. we were expected to discuss and solve in 20 minutes if I remember clearly.

I noticed all that have taken the AC cleverly evaded the question of 'How was it'
Owk, It was Fyn... A normal, typical AC with group and individual presentation. We were about 15 divided into two groups and given a case study to analyze. It's pretty simple to do.
Just when I tot companies where ridiculous with age limit...
I meet several persons with Masters at < 23 competing for the same Job.
The staff were very friendly and the whole environment was relaxed and we related well with everyone.

Invites have been sent to those that were successful in abj,lagos and PH. People in PH will write in lagos next week. This week is for abuja then lagos is from next week. The AC in lagos will be conducted for 2 weeks because they are combining both PH and Lagos candidates. This info is from HR direct. You are welcome!

Yeah

The test was owk, the numerical were more of logical questions, finished on time. Although had to start again 2 times because the light went off also my system misbehaved.

To be frank, if you're smart and you passes the online test easily yourself, then this shouldn't be a problem.

Remember, only 10% of total applicants made it to this second test. If you made it, it's for a reason!

The administrator mentioned that only those that scores 70% will proceed to next stage
That means getting correctly 14 out of 20 questions!

Same here, mine was on Oct 20 @ Abj, I only know of people receiving regret mail don't know if anyone has received success mail for that day.
