Please I need guidance on how to go about Canadian PR (I'm a novice),

I'm 28years old, I have B.Sc and M.Sc. in economics, 2-3years work experience, Registered for CIMA strategic case study and about to register for IELTS. Am I good to go? or there are other things I need to know/do.
