Did u get your IHS fees back? Or get a refusal mail? If not rejoice, seems you haven't been tracking your application. I say congratulations to you. I have seen a 1st August who has gotten collection mail like you.

Hi, so my package got delivered to your warehouse and I got an email to that effect. Since then I have been chatting up the number for customer service, which I have had conversations with before I even ordered the product. Since the delivery, this number hasn't responded to any of my messages while leaving me on read. All I want to know is how do I proceed in sending my product down to Nigeria.
