Following the recent and latest testimony shared today on this thread, I wish to share my own success on the journey of TEF and TCF, while mine is similar to the earlier post. I as a matter of fact wrote TEF twice but the result didn't come out well, I equally got the contact of the same formidable and professional french tutor shared here earlier today.
My scores are as follows:
CO: C1 521
CE: B2 498
EO : B2 13
EE: B2 12

Infact her professionalism is top notch. Am glad to share my TCF result today on this thread and also to encourage others that are focusing on french towards Canada dream. Her number has been shared before on this forum. +2348073474774.
She offers quality preparation tutoring service at affordable price. Give her a trial and am sure you won't regret it.

Hi everyone.

Please is there anyone willing to take TCF anytime soon, probably within February to April 2022 so we can suscribe together. Am interested in subscribing for tcfenligne.com application either silver or gold package. If anyone is interesting you can indicate here or DM me.

Congratulations. Apart from the EE and EO which you must have practiced more with the tutor. What practice site did you use for CO and CE with this great score and any practice tips can you share on those 2 sections.

CO -601 C2
CE- 525 C1
EE-13 B2
EO- 14 C1

I am really grateful for the forum. It helped me choose the French exams to write as well as the teacher to help me prepare for the exams. She was extremely helpful and I wish I had used her during my first attempt. Unfortunately, I thought she was only preparing people for TEF exams which was why I didn't use her. But when I failed my first attempt (I got B2 in all the parts) I decided to just reach out to her and find out if she also had experience in preparing people for TCF as well. Fortunately she did. ALL THE ADVISE SHE gave was helpful. Even some of the questions she solved with me came during the exams. I don't have words to explain how happy I was I met her. If I had found her in 2020 when I decided to embark on this journey, I would have been in Canada by now. Her number (+2348073474774) has been shared on this forum several times by different people whom she helped pass their TEF exams (which was why I initially thought she was only helping with TEF exams). Her quality of teaching was just excellent!
Anyway, I hope they resume all program draws soon.
Hello @cutebear,

I have used Google search but there are several textbooks online, so not sure of the exact one that is good for TCF particularly CO and CE where you had C1 and C2. What practice material did you use for this. I also saw this practice site that one has to suscribe
https://www.tcfenligne.com/ what's your opinion about the site please?

Thanks in advance
Booked?? No o...scroll up. I just posted my TCF exam results some days ago grin
You can download TCF textbooks online using google search. There are many helpful websites for TCF exam practice also. Getting a tutor to correct your errors and your speaking would also be great. I spent about 3 months preparing for the exam with a brilliant tutor in Abuja. He was only used to TEF and I was his first ever TCF student but this man really helped me with EE & EO and always corrected my mistakes.
FoolsMate:
Hello everyone, please can I Evaluate DELF B1 and BSc with WES for 2 or more certificates?
No it's impossible, even DELF C2 can not be evaluated by WES, where will you get transcript or record to send to them to evaluate? Only results that you can provide transcript or courses taken can be evaluated by WES and not a test of language.

I am writing the TEF exam tomorrow morning. Franchement, i’m quite frightened as I have only been learning French for only 7 months.

Anyway i’ll be posting the questions passed after the exam.

A question for those who have done the exam in the past please, does the EO test come immediately after the other tests?
weldone as you await the result.

Please I would want you to kindly clarify somethings on the CE. Despite the new long texts, what is the total number of questions in this section? I heard it is around 64 questions. How true is that pls.
Also, is the first 10 questions and the last 10 questions which are relatively more simpler still the same or in the same format?
Thanks

Okay so back with details...

Firstly EO, in my opinion you need to be very comfortable with speaking French. I immersed myself in French and I struggled a lot in both sections. I was stressed, very nervous and couldn’t communicate well even with the French I could speak. But the point is I didn’t stop speaking, I continued on.

CO, you don’t get to go back to previous questions, it is timed and it goes on to the next page after the time whether you answered the question or not. Pay attention to the texts and practice with the past questions.

CE, you can go back to the questions, so if you meet questions that you do not understand move on to the others you can and then go back to answer the ones that take time.

EE, you can move back and forth between section A and B. Answer the one you know first but spend more time on the section B.
Time really passes fast during the exam so always pay attention to the time.

To be honest, Most of the questions were new, only a few, and I mean really few past questions showed up.
I can’t really remember the questions but I’ll mention the few I do remember.

EO - call for information for a magic show at home, convince your friend to go for a vacation at at country side hiking on donkeys.
Btw I thought we’d be given time to study the and prepare questions, I found out that was false and you’d start immediately.

EE, a lady shopping in the supermarket found a weird object at the fruitS and vegetables stall
It is not useful to teach computer courses to older people.

CO and EO, i can’t really remember but study the strategy to pass it through past questions one or two old ones might pop on.

I have prayed that I get a minimum of B2 superior in all of the tests, because hmmm.

Mamaroon:
There is nothing like overall CLB for IRCC (others may correct me please).......... it is the CLB/score per competence that accounts e.g. reading, writing etc.

Perhaps for some provinces "overall" CLB applies........ where provinces ask for an overall CLB, they clearly state how you should compute e.g. overall CLB is the CLB of the lowest competence.
From my knowledge on overall CLB, the lowest CLB score determines the overall CLB and not finding the average as it is done in ielts calculation. However you can still inquire more from IRCC website or the province you want to apply to

Amazing result. Your hard work and tenacity eventually got you here. You guys performance have been inspirational to those of us preparing.

I would like to ask a question please concerning your CO and CE. Apart from reading some other materials and listening to Rfi and others. Was it the 85 long text and the 6 listening practice on the same link that you used towards focusing on those two sections that helped in getting CLB 9 in those 2 sections?

Once again, felicitation

IronFist:
In the context of audio quality, it was clear.

For the most part, it is a passable exam, just like IELTS.

However, the toughness of the Listening questions, is a function of your own understanding of the language.

You can get past listening questions here: https://teftextelongs.home.blog/

All the best Bro!
Hello @ ironfist, thanks for sharing the TEF listening audio practice questions. but the audio is not playing, only the questions that is showing. Don't know if anyone else has tried playing the video.

Hello everyone,
Am having an issue with my WES evaluated report. It has been completed sometimes ago but the issue is the date of birth on it is not my original date of birth. I have contacted WES about the error but they responded by saying the error of the date of birth isn't from them. They said if I beleive there is an error or misinterpretation on my WES report. I should contact my Institution to issue another document(transcript) and send to them.

My question is has any one has similar experience before and how fast the correction could be effected cause of time factor. As I wouldn't like such error to remain on my transcript.
Thanks.
