Dem wan turn Naija to comedy

Oh, I didn't read that part and I wonder who op failed to include that in his main post instead of posting it later. Can you now see why I said in my post that there's 2 sides to the story

Beverlyjean:
She damaged his properties and u say its not a criminal case ... destruction of properties is against the law ... its a criminal case... and I will advise her to go with enough cash cos whether she likes it or not , she must part with cash or she will sleep inside cell, even if she goes there with a lawyer

According to op, this is the full story but I can't see where he talked about the wife damaging the husband's properties

Afonja2000:
This my female colleague at work received a call from a female Police officer by name officer angel.

She informed her that her husband brought a complaint against her to the station and as a result her presence is required at the station.

It was when she got home tonight that the police Invitation was handed to her by a co-tenant.

Right now, she is contemplating if she should honor the invitation or not as she is not sure if the Nigerian police can be trusted.

From what I could gather concerning her and her husband is that they have been married for less than two years. The foundation of the marriage was built on lies. The husband pretended to be what he wasn't during their courtship, which unfortunately lasted less than three months.

My colleague for reasons I'm yet to understand failed to make all the necessary enquiry concerning the man she was getting married to.

The man has been married before in which the first wife died as a result of maltreatment from the man and his family members especially from his mother and his elder sisters.

My colleague saw a completely different man from what she thought that she got married to in less than a month after their white wedding.
She was always treated like a slave by her mother in law and two of her daughters with broken marriages.

The husband always accused her of having extra marital affairs with no tangible evidence to back it up and usually have her locked out of their rented apartment.

This is actually the first time she stood up to her husband and the next thing he did was to report her to the police.

This is not a criminal case but civil and it's only handled by competent court of law. Police are mandated to involve only in criminal case

If their marriage is not working due to domestic violence, they need to approach court of law fordl dissolution

We only heard one side of the story whereas coin has 2 sides

I wish it were that simple.

This policy will backfire and just cause a lot of trouble for both landlord and tenants

This is my fear

Except the rule applies to only salary earners with government or well established private companies whereby it will be automatically deducted and paid into the account of landlord directly

Good move if landlord interests will be protected as well

Any tenants who failed to pay on or before the last day of the month should vacate the apartment within the next 48hrs

Which way Nigerians?

This is not good

Yes there's hunger in the land but that's not a reason to engage in things like these

(4) Ewedu soup

Ewedu also known as molokhia or jute leaves is another popular Nigerian soup. The soup is commonly served with fufu, garri or amala. Ewedu soup is similar to okra soup because of its viscosity to stick to ‘swallows’.

Its cost of preparation is als among the cheapest you can find:

Ewedu leaves – N300

Locust beans – N150

With this, you are good to go with your salt added.

This ewedu gat melon so your analysis is wrong

You don need 300 ewedu, for what exactly?

Ewedu: 100

Egusi: 100naira

Locust bean: 50naira

Smoked Panla Fish: 500naira

Grounded Pepper: 50naira

Fufu: 200naira

Don't bother to thank me, I am a very nice guy
