BEWARE OF NICARGO, THEY ARE FRAUDSTER

One of my customers needs to ship a small valuable parcel via express shipping. The item is used to setup a solar installation. I don't offer express shipping because my partner in China only runs normal cargo. Due to the fact that the Nicaragua guy has been advertising their service to me for a very long time and I need express shipping for my customer, I opted for their service. They promised 2-3 day delivery. Even though express shipping didn't come out even after a month, They told me different lies that there was no available plane until they ended it with customs having seized their goods. I queried them that my goods are not contraband, but they said it's not my goods that caused the seizure. They said some of the goods scale through customs seizure and the goods are then in Nigeria. I asked them for a picture of the goods they had with them, so I know the one that's seized, but the guy lied that he was far from the warehouse. I went to their office to pick up my goods, but the guy said they'd changed the Nigeria office. I asked him to give me a new office address but he declined, saying he would send the goods to me via dispatch rider after I paid for it. Out of 11 parcels with several hundred thousand naira, the guy said only 3 made it. I've been calling this guy for days now to send the available ones, so I know what to do, but they don't pick up calls. I even called China office to know their Nigeria office address so I could go there and pick it up, but the lady said she couldn't give out the office address. Based on my findings, these guys are into fraud, and what they do is get customers' goods, resell the valuable ones and discard the ones they can't sell. Then they begin to dish out fake stories to customers.
