Yes it does means the person can proceed to register when registration commences on the 20th. If you do not see your name on or before 19th, it simply mean you've not been mobilized for '17 Batch A

You won't blame the doctors but the nurses Your story did not corelate with your first statement. Aren't there supposed to be doctors there too...community health workers and others? But you have to single out nurses because they are the easiest professionals to bash.

Yeah, i blame the nurses cos if they resumed early for their duties, there wont be delay by d gateman. Have had several encounter with nurses and most of them are sumtyn else (thou i had nurses as frnds too). you dnt have to raise eyebrow cos i can read frm ur statement that u are definitely a nurse and u sounded angry

I wont blame the doctors bt d nurses.
my experience was similar thou, i had a bike accident on October 17 precisely. got to a nearby primary health centre around 8am and u couldnt believe d gate man said the nurses havent resumed duty so he cant allow me in despite seeing my leg gushing out blood. I told him to please offer me seat in other to wait for them and he still refused, he said i can only stand outside (hw can i stand with my leg bleeding). I was standing there until i was abt to faint and i started praying loudly but this gateman wasnt bothered at all (pple was starting to gather around). I told gal that went with me to lets go cos i cant keep standing till eternity and that was how i went to a general hospital. On getting there, they also delayed until we paid the bills thou they attended well immediately the bills were paid. I jst thank God everytyn is over nw and it was jst a minor suture that was carried out and healing is taking place.
