It's called ......INTERSEX.... , INTERSEX is similar to HERMAPHRODITES but not exactly the same , HERMAPHRODITES only possess both female and male gametes e.g earthworms and some other species, while INTERSEX on the hand is just having features/characteristics of female and male at the same time (on the same body) , so a 95% Woman may just have a penis as result of poor cell division and development, and what's is just left is a case of corrective surgery/transformation to make her 100% woman just like your mother did before she conceived you.

"Transexual " , the warder or officials will not bother about any term trans this or trans that .....just put her where she fits based on her documents and physical features, period!

You can confirm from the cell if you have people there , they will tell you she is not with males.

If he fill male in his forms and his passport or other identification carried male he will be regarded as one. You are talking about form , so Bobrisky didn't write female in her form ? Her lawyers addressed her as "SHE" and that's what she identified as.....

Bobrisky has even moved from Transgender to Transexual , so what damage is she going to be towards female inmates? rather the males will harm and "deflate" her , you are talking about law..... Are there no discretion in application of law..?
