I am in a bit of a jam, and I was hoping my resourceful co-Nairalanders will be able to help me out.
I am handling branding and PR for a conference starting next week and had ordered the conference bags from a UK firm, only for them to declare the bags I wanted out of stock, leaving me in a serious quandary - the clients have paid, and I have no bags.
Now, I need to get 50 units of the bag THIS WEEK, and nobody I have shown the image has been able to help.
PLEASE, if you know anywhere I can get this bag (or something similar) in Nigeria WITHIN THE WEEK, kindly let me know and save a brother LOTS and LOTS of grief.

I've got a video editing job on my hands and i've done all the editing and graphic work, but the stuff is 4.5 GB on my hard disk and i need to reduce it to about 700 MB to fit into a CD.

I recently installed NERO 9 SUITE on my system but the NERO RECODE on it is not getting the job done. and i need to get this job done by this weekend.

Am i getting something wrong or should i try another software entirely (and if yes, where/how can i get it)?

Now some advice to both protagonists and antagonists on this most interesting thread:

A COUPLE OF WEEKS BACK, I OPENED A FLASH (THAT PROVED TO BE INFECTED WITH A VIRUS WITH A CRAZY NAME I CAN`T READILY RECALL, BUT IT HAS A .AVI ENDING) ON MY SYSTEM.
SINCE THEN I`VE BEEN SEEING A LOT OF STRANGE MANIFESTATIONS, VIZ:

1. THE SYSTEM HAS SLOWED DOWN CONSIDERABLY.

2. IT IS FAST BECOMING INCAPABLE OF RUNNING MANY APPLICATIONS CONCURRENTLY (I AM A GRAPHIC DESIGNER/WEB DEVELOPER + GAMING MAJOR).

3. TASK MANAGER DOES NOT SHOW UP ANY MORE (EVEN IF I PRESS ALT+CTRL+DEL 1 MILLION TIMES)

4. REGISTRY CLEANER IN TUNE UP UTILITIES IS NO LONGER WORKING (I`VE HAD TO UNINSTALL IT).

5. WINXP MANAGER IS NO LONGER WORKING

6. TO CAP IT ALL, MY ANTIVIRUS (AVAST PROFESSIONAL 4.7.1029) IS NOT SEEING ANYTHING NOT TO TALK OF CLEANING IT UP.

DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANY ANTIVIRUS I CAN USE WITH GUARANTEED POSITIVE RESULTS OR ANY OTHER TRICKS I CAN TRY (I`VE TRIED RUNNING SYSTEM RESTORE BUT THE SITUATION IS STILL THE SAME.)

P.S. I CAN`T EVEN THINK OF FORMATING THIS SYSTEM BECAUSE A SIGNIFICANT PART OF MY LIFE IS ON IT AND IT HAS SOME PROGRAMS THAT ARE DIFFICULT TO COME BY.

I was just watching the ManUtd - Fulham game again on HiTV tonight with some guys and someone asked why fans of such consistently mediocre clubs like Fulham, Derby, etc. pay good money to watch their club play against heavyweights like ManUtd, Arsenal, Chelsea, (and even) Liverpool when the result is virtually guaranteed to be against them (whether home or away).

Is it because they are blindly loyal?
Or they don`t get tired of being beaten black and blue week in week out?
Or is it just to catch a glimpse of their more illustrious opponents?
