it's available but only expensive, it's given twice in a year, first shot with oral tablets protects you for six months and second shot is given after 6 months, making it twice in a year.

In Nigeria, there has been this belief that has going on for as long as I can remember about giving malt drink and milk to a person in emergency situations or accidents. Please, who really came up with this because it has been going on even before the popular yoruba actor Adekola Odunlade mentioned it in a movie 16 or 17 years ago.

My 17 years old daughter has never seen her period. I was not too worried at 16 I told her our body is different so no need to worry, but she started getting anxious since all her friends already started mensturating. She is currently in 100 level.

I took her to LASUTH, and after several tests, the doctor said she has MRKH that she was born without a womb (uterus).
I didn't show her the results that day, but l have been terrified since she keeps asking for the full results, and I keep lying that the doctor is still reviewing it.

How do I tell a 17 years old that she will never men.stru@ting or carry a pregnancy? She talks about future husbands and children. My heart breaks every time.
Please, parents, how do I have this conversation without scaring her for life?

That's pathetic but she needs to know preferably by a female medical doctor who can break it down for her in an empathetic way,she should still consider herself lucky because it's type 1 which only affects womb and vaginal development type 2 usually involves kidney, spleen or heart,in her case a surgery to widen her vaginal can be done for sexual intercourse, her ovaries can still function which means she can consider surrogacy for childbirth, I wish her the best.

it depends on the location of the bullets, if it hits Vital organ like heart, brain, liver or lungs death is almost certain, but people survive pellets for real.

what are they probing? every surgery is risk related especially BBL, the probe can only be considered necessary if the surgeon is not licenced or the hospital is not accredited by the regulatory agency, so far she signed the consent form during which the procedure must have been thoroughly explained as well as the risk , nothing to probe, you can't be sane and be going for BBL, it's not therapeutic.
